【摘要】：隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展，企業(yè)面臨著大量信息處理工作，越來越多的企業(yè)采用各種信息系統(tǒng)軟件來使用和管理企業(yè)的信息資源，管理信息系統(tǒng)(簡(jiǎn)稱MIS)已成為信息系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用最普通的一類系統(tǒng)。管理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)方法有多種，結(jié)構(gòu)化生命周期法、原型法、面向?qū)ο箝_發(fā)方法等，中小型企業(yè)MIS開發(fā)可以采用結(jié)構(gòu)化生命周期法與原型法相結(jié)合的開發(fā)方法，即：加入原型化策略的結(jié)構(gòu)化生命周期法。既能快速地確定用戶的需求，同時(shí)還注意了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程的整體性和全局性。 系統(tǒng)分析是MIS開發(fā)中的一個(gè)重要階段，是進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和建立系統(tǒng)模型的基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)現(xiàn)行系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行目標(biāo)分析、環(huán)境分析和功能分析，從而得出管理信息系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)和功能模型。 本文以生產(chǎn)各種型號(hào)的鋁合金建筑型材、鋁型材為主的中小型建筑裝飾材料企業(yè)的管理信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)為背景進(jìn)行研究，主要做了以下工作： 1、概括介紹了管理信息系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀和開發(fā)方法。 2、對(duì)該企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的系統(tǒng)分析。調(diào)查分析包括：組織結(jié)構(gòu)與功能分析、開發(fā)目標(biāo)分析、生產(chǎn)流程分析、業(yè)務(wù)流程分析、業(yè)務(wù)流程的優(yōu)化和再造。 3、對(duì)中小型建筑裝飾材料企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)目標(biāo)和實(shí)際流程分析，將系統(tǒng)劃分為七個(gè)功能子系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)包括：生產(chǎn)管理、銷售管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、庫存管理、人事管理、總經(jīng)理辦公、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)。 4、結(jié)合對(duì)MIS開發(fā)的研究與認(rèn)識(shí)，提出了中小型企業(yè)MIS開發(fā)策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of enterprises , enterprises face a lot of information processing , more and more enterprises use various information system software to use and manage information resources of enterprises . The management information system ( MIS ) has become one of the most common systems in information system .










System analysis is an important stage in the development of MIS , which is the basis for further designing and establishing the system model . The target analysis , environment analysis and function analysis of the current system are carried out to get the target and function model of MIS .










In this paper , the development of management information system of small and medium sized building decoration materials enterprises with different types of aluminum alloy building sections and aluminum profiles is researched . The following tasks are mainly done :










1 . The present situation and development method of management information system are summarized .










2 . The enterprise management information system is systematically analyzed . The investigation and analysis includes organization structure and function analysis , development goal analysis , production process analysis , business process analysis , business process optimization and reengineering .










The system is divided into seven functional subsystems according to the development objectives and actual process analysis of the system . The system includes production management , sales management , financial management , inventory management , personnel management , general manager office and system maintenance .










4 . Based on the research and understanding of MIS development , the MIS development strategy of small and medium - sized enterprises is put forward .
