1930 年代，醫(yī)訟特別是西醫(yī)訴訟案頻繁發(fā)生。通過(guò)對(duì)訴訟檔案的文本解讀，可以清晰地觀(guān)察到西醫(yī)自身的諸多特質(zhì)與我國(guó)本土的文化傳統(tǒng)存有張力。西醫(yī)所欲建構(gòu)的新型醫(yī)業(yè)倫理以及新式醫(yī)療手段的應(yīng)用與近代國(guó)人對(duì)醫(yī)家的疑懼心理形成很大的反差，這些都在醫(yī)訟中有著淋漓盡致的體現(xiàn)。西醫(yī)醫(yī)訟的日益凸顯，真實(shí)地反映了民國(guó)時(shí)期西醫(yī)在華傳播的一個(gè)側(cè)面。

In the 1930s, the medical lawsuits especially the western medicine lawsuits happened frequently. From the interpretation of lawsuit archives, we could observe clearly the tension between the western medicine’s characteristics and the local cultural tradition. More specifically speaking, the construction of the western medicine’s ethics and the application of the new medical instruments formed a great contrast with the apprehension of the Chinese people. The phenomenon which western medicine’s lawsuits become prominent increasingly reflects an aspect of the transmission of the western medicine in the republic of China.
