【摘要】：目的探討中國公民逝世后器官捐獻(Chinese donation after citizens’death,CDCD)發(fā)生腎移植功能延遲恢復(delayed graft function,DGF)的預后因素。方法回顧性分析2014年1月~2015年11月在武漢大學中南醫(yī)院138例行同種異體腎移植手術(shù)的臨床資料,21例發(fā)生DGF(DGF組),117例移植腎功能穩(wěn)定(immediate graft function,IGF)為IFG組,采用χ~2檢驗進行單因素分析,再用logistic模型對有統(tǒng)計學差異的因素進行多因素分析。結(jié)果 DGF發(fā)生率為15.2%(21/138),單因素分析顯示DGF的預后因素包括受者術(shù)前血透時間≥12個月(P=0.024)、腦出血死亡供者(P=0.020)、供者血清肌酐≥177μmol/L(P=0.013)、熱缺血時間≥15 min(P=0.041)、冷缺血時間≥12 h(P=0.025)及供者經(jīng)歷心肺復蘇(P=0.001)有顯著性差異。logistic多因素分析顯示供者血清肌酐≥177μmol/L(OR=7.138,95%CI:1.418~35.937,P=0.017)、供者心肺復蘇(OR=30.207,95%CI:3.653~111.778,P=0.001)及熱缺血時間≥15 min(OR=7.762,95%CI:1.953~30.845,P=0.004)是DGF的獨立預后因素。結(jié)論供者血清肌酐≥177μmol/L、供者經(jīng)歷心肺復蘇及熱缺血時間≥15 min是導致CDCD發(fā)生DGF的預后因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prognostic factors of delayed recovery of renal transplantation (delayed graft function,DGF) in (Chinese donation after citizens'death,CDCD after death of Chinese citizens. Methods from January 2014 to November 2015, we retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 138 cases of allograft renal transplantation performed in Central South Hospital of Wuhan University (21 cases of DGF (DGF group) and 117 cases of stable renal function (immediate graft function,IGF) as IFG group. Univariate analysis was performed by 蠂 ~ 2 test. Logistic model was used to analyze the factors with statistical difference. Results the incidence of DGF was 15.2% (21 / 138).
