一種適用于正電子斷層圖像去噪研究的簡易圖像模擬方法

【摘要】:正電子斷層成像作為一種先進的成像技術(shù),廣泛地應(yīng)用于臨床診療和醫(yī)學(xué)研究。正電子斷層成像設(shè)備昂貴,成像藥物具有放射性,所以相關(guān)圖像處理研究大多以電腦模擬生成的正電子斷層圖像作為研究對象。目前比較常見的正電子斷層圖像模擬方法主要是基于蒙地卡羅法,使用GATE或者Sim SET來得到模擬圖像。這些模擬方法較為復(fù)雜,整個模擬過程也需要花費大量的時間。為此提出一種PET圖像模擬方法,通過對比模擬圖像與真實圖像經(jīng)小波去噪處理后的結(jié)果,進而論證模擬方法的有效性。該模擬方法基于Matlab平臺,以實際物理模型的數(shù)碼照片作為藍本,通過拉登變換并加入強度為5的泊松噪聲,最終得到模擬PET圖像。在小波去噪的處理中,選擇圖像的SNR、CR、FWHM等指標進行對比。對比結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過小波去噪處理后的模擬圖像與真實圖像在SNR與FWHM兩個指標中具有相同的變化趨勢,在CR指標中,圖像變化率誤差小于10%。實驗結(jié)果證明,該模擬方法是合理有效的。
[Abstract]:As an advanced imaging technology, positron tomography is widely used in clinical diagnosis and medical research. Positron tomography equipment is expensive, imaging drugs are radioactive, so most of the related image processing research on the computer simulation of positron tomography images as the research object. At present, the common image simulation method of positron tomography is based on Monte Carlo method, using GATE or Sim SET to get the simulated image. These simulation methods are complex, and the whole simulation process takes a lot of time. In this paper, a PET image simulation method is proposed, and the effectiveness of the simulation method is demonstrated by comparing the results of simulated image with that of real image after wavelet denoising. The simulation method is based on the Matlab platform and takes the digital photos of the actual physical model as the blueprint. The simulated PET images are obtained by the transformation of bin Laden and the addition of Poisson noise with the intensity of 5. In the process of wavelet denoising, the SNR CR-FWHM and other indexes of image are selected to compare. The comparison results show that the simulated image and the real image after wavelet denoising have the same change trend in SNR and FWHM. In CR index, the error of image change rate is less than 10 parts. The experimental results show that the simulation method is reasonable and effective.
