動(dòng)物源性再生型植入醫(yī)療器械社會(huì)合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析:基于CNKI、萬方、維普3大數(shù)據(jù)庫中文文獻(xiàn)研究

【摘要】:背景:因組織工程涉及到生物學(xué)、材料學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、工程學(xué)等多種學(xué)科,隨著相關(guān)科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,不同研究部門之間的合作日益成為提高科研成果產(chǎn)出能力的重要因素。目的:繪制以組織工程技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的動(dòng)物源性再生型植入醫(yī)療器械社會(huì)合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)可視化圖譜,闡述該領(lǐng)域合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)演變過程和現(xiàn)狀。方法:采用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法,利用UCINET軟件和北京大學(xué)自主著作權(quán)的文獻(xiàn)信息統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件SASI,對(duì)從CNKI、萬方和維普數(shù)據(jù)庫獲取的2014年12月31日之前的,關(guān)于以組織工程技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的動(dòng)物源性再生型植入醫(yī)療器械的中文文獻(xiàn)2 518篇進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:動(dòng)物源性再生型植入醫(yī)療器械領(lǐng)域研究的合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了由松散型到單核主導(dǎo)、再到核心—邊緣分布的演變;合作越來越多、越來越廣;網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度和中心勢(shì)逐漸變小;2010至2014年核心結(jié)點(diǎn)單位為清華大學(xué)、解放軍總醫(yī)院和南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬南方醫(yī)院;存在大量的"邊緣機(jī)構(gòu)"。各單位的合作處于比較松散狀態(tài),邊緣機(jī)構(gòu)要擴(kuò)大合作范圍,核心機(jī)構(gòu)要加強(qiáng)合作的持續(xù)性;應(yīng)加強(qiáng)企業(yè)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)與臨床醫(yī)院之間的合作,促進(jìn)組織工程技術(shù)向臨床的轉(zhuǎn)化,加快產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Background: tissue engineering involves many disciplines such as biology, materials, medicine, engineering and so on. With the rapid development of related science and technology, the cooperation among different research departments has become an important factor to improve the ability of scientific research. Objective: to draw a visual map of the social cooperation network of animal derived regenerative implant medical devices based on tissue engineering technology, and to expound the evolution process and present situation of the cooperative network in this field. Methods: using the social network analysis method, using the UCINET software and the literature information statistical analysis software of Peking University's independent copyright, the data obtained from CNKI, Wanfang and Weipu databases before December 31, 2014, were analyzed and compared with those obtained from CNKI, Wofang and Weip databases before December 31, 2014. An analysis of 2 518 Chinese literature on animal-derived regenerative implant medical devices based on tissue engineering technology was carried out. Results & conclusion: the cooperative network in the field of animal regenerative implant medical device has evolved from loose type to single nucleus and then to core-edge distribution. The network density and center potential gradually become smaller and the core node units from 2010 to 2014 are Tsinghua University, PLA General Hospital and Southern Hospital affiliated to Southern Medical University; there are a large number of "marginal institutions". The cooperation of various units is in a relatively loose state, the marginal institutions should expand the scope of cooperation, the core institutions should strengthen the continuity of cooperation, and the cooperation between enterprises, scientific research institutions and clinical hospitals should be strengthened to promote the transformation of tissue engineering technology into clinical work. We will speed up the development of industrialization.
