[Abstract]:The reconstruction of digestive tract is one of the important subjects in gastrointestinal surgery. The progress of materials used in gastrointestinal anastomosis has greatly promoted the progress of gastrointestinal surgery, making it possible to make it minimally invasive. The main materials involved in the reconstruction of digestive tract include: suture of manual suture, anastomosis nail of instrument, memory alloy or magnetic anastomosis ring and other new materials. At present, titanium or titanium alloy is used most frequently in clinic. In the past decades, in the context of the leapfrog development of medicine, materials science and engineering, new materials for anastomosis of the digestive tract have emerged one after another. In general, there is a trend from non-degradable to biodegradable, from inert to bioactive. Each improvement in the matching material has more or less contributed to the development of modern surgical techniques.
