【摘要】：急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP),尤其重型急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)是臨床常見(jiàn)的急腹癥,其發(fā)病機(jī)制復(fù)雜,治療效果迄今仍不令人滿意。Toll樣受體(Toll-like receptors,TLRs)屬于模式識(shí)別受體(pattern recognition receptors,PRRs),在多種疾病中都起著關(guān)鍵性作用。TLRs參與AP相關(guān)炎癥反應(yīng)的發(fā)生發(fā)展,并且作為AP潛在的治療靶點(diǎn)廣為研究。本文就國(guó)內(nèi)外TLRs在AP及其相關(guān)器官損傷的作用研究予以綜述。
[Abstract]:Acute pancreatitis (AP), especially severe acute pancreatitis (SAP), is a common clinical acute abdomen, and its pathogenesis is complicated. The therapeutic effect is still unsatisfactory. Toll-like receptors (Toll-like receptors) belong to pattern recognition receptors, which play a key role in the occurrence and development of AP related inflammation in many diseases. And as a potential therapeutic target for AP, this review reviews the role of TLRs in AP and its related organ damage at home and abroad.
