【摘要】：背景:臭氧溶于血液治療疾病目前已作為指南之外的補(bǔ)充治療或者輔助治療方法,但研究報(bào)告多為臨床療效描述性觀察,臭氧治療是否影響血清細(xì)胞因子尚不清楚。目的:觀察臭氧自體血回輸治療對(duì)非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清一氧化氮、前列腺素F-2a、白細(xì)胞介素6、高敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白、氧化低密度脂蛋白、瘦素的影響。方法:選取2013年10月至2014年6月于新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院肝病科住院治療的非酒精性脂肪肝患者36例,按患者意愿分為臭氧治療組和對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組單獨(dú)護(hù)肝藥物治療,治療組在護(hù)肝藥物治療基礎(chǔ)上加用臭氧自體血回輸治療,所有伴有2型糖尿病和(或)血脂紊亂的入選者均接受專(zhuān)業(yè)的降糖和(或)降脂治療,測(cè)定所有入選者治療前后血清一氧化氮、前列腺素F-2a、白細(xì)胞介素6、高敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白、氧化低密度脂蛋白、瘦素水平。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:與對(duì)照組相比,治療組患者治療前血清中前列腺素F-2a和瘦素水平較高(P≤0.05),治療前后兩組患者瘦素差值水平差異無(wú)顯著性意義(P0.05),而前列腺素F-2a治療前后差值水平差異仍具有顯著性意義(P=0.02)。提示臭氧自體血回輸治療可降低非酒精性脂肪肝患者瘦素水平,改善非酒精性脂肪肝患者瘦素抵抗,對(duì)非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者遠(yuǎn)期預(yù)后可能有預(yù)防及治療作用。
