【摘要】：目的:觀察枳術(shù)寬中膠囊聯(lián)合雷貝拉唑治療脾虛氣滯證胃食管反流病(GERD)的臨床療效及對(duì)生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法:將100例患者采用隨機(jī)按數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組各50例。兩組均采用口服雷貝拉唑鈉腸溶片,20 mg/次,早、晚各1次。對(duì)照組口服枸櫞酸莫沙必利片,5 mg/次,3次/d。觀察組口服枳術(shù)寬中膠囊,3粒/次,3次/d,兩組療程均為8周。進(jìn)行治療前后胃食管反流病問(wèn)卷(Gerd Q),健康簡(jiǎn)單(SF-36)量表和脾虛氣滯證評(píng)分。結(jié)果:經(jīng)Ridit分析,治療后觀察組胃鏡下炎癥療效和中醫(yī)證候療效均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療后觀察組SF-36量表生理機(jī)能、生理職能、身體疼痛、總體健康、生命活力、精神健康、社會(huì)功能及情感職能等8個(gè)維度評(píng)分均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療后觀察組Gerd Q評(píng)分和脾虛氣滯證評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:枳術(shù)寬中膠囊聯(lián)合雷貝拉唑鈉腸溶片治療能減輕GERD(脾虛氣滯證)患者臨床癥狀、體征,能提高患者生活質(zhì)量,其臨床療效優(yōu)于枸櫞酸莫沙必利片。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Zhizhukanzhong capsule combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with spleen deficiency qi stagnation syndrome and its effect on quality of life. Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 50) and observation group (n = 50). Both groups were treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets for 20 mg/, morning and evening. The control group was treated with oral mosapride citrate tablets for 5 mg/ d. The observation group was treated by oral administration of trifoliate capsules (3 capsules / 3 times / 3 times / d). The course of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, GERD QN, SF-36) scale and spleen deficiency Qi stagnation scale were used in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) before and after treatment. Results: by Ridit analysis, the curative effect of gastroscope inflammation and TCM syndrome in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05), the physiological function, body pain, general health, vitality and mental health of the observation group were better than those of the control group. The scores of social function and emotional function were higher than that of control group (P 0.05), the scores of Gerd Q and spleen deficiency Qi stagnation in observation group were lower than those in control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of Zhizhoukanzhong capsule combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets can relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of GERD and improve the quality of life of the patients, and its clinical curative effect is better than mosapride citrate tablets.
