文章摘要：目的：了解西藏高校預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)就業(yè)率，畢業(yè)生所從事的職業(yè)等情況，為今后西藏高校招生及就業(yè)指導(dǎo)提供參考依據(jù)。方法：收集西藏大學(xué)2009～2012屆本科畢業(yè)生就業(yè)信息并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果：西藏大學(xué)預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)2009～2012屆學(xué)生的就業(yè)率為100％，其中在西藏自治區(qū)各地市、縣級(jí)醫(yī)院和鄉(xiāng)衛(wèi)生院從事醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生人數(shù)占32．7％，在地市、縣級(jí)疾病預(yù)防控制中心從事預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)的人數(shù)占36．5％，在西藏自治區(qū)內(nèi)從事公務(wù)員職業(yè)的占23．3％，攻讀研究生的占7．5％。結(jié)論：預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生的就業(yè)情況良好，，但是在各地、市和縣級(jí)從事公共衛(wèi)生專業(yè)人員的數(shù)量需要增加，就業(yè)政策和就業(yè)指導(dǎo)需要完善。

Abstr：In the present paper, the employment data of students graduated from Tibet University in year from 2009 ~ 2012 was analyzed in order to know the employment rate of preventive medicine specialty graduated stu- dents and situation of their occupations, and to provide a reference for future college enrollment and employment guidance in Tibet. The results showed that the employment rate of preventive medicine specialty students gradu- ated from Tibet university in year 2009 to 2012 was 100%, wherein 32.7% of students employed in the city, coun- ty hospitals, and rural health centers, 36.5% of students have being worked in the center for diseases prevention and control in counties and prefectures, 23.3% of students were in civil servant in Tibet Autonomous Region and 7.5% of students have being took master degree studying. In conclusion, although the employment rate of preven- tive medicine specialty graduated students was high in the past four years, the number of people working on the public health in the counties and prefectures needs to be increased and the employment policies and guidance to be improved.
