【摘要】：目的探討精神疾病司法鑒定中顱腦損傷所致精神障礙的臨床特征及相關(guān)因素。方法收集腦外傷后司法鑒定案例資料,按照神經(jīng)外科GCS評(píng)分把腦損傷所致精神障礙鑒定案例分為重型(A組)、中型(B組)及輕型(C組)顱腦損傷;對(duì)案例的臨床癥狀進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)中國(guó)精神障礙分類(lèi)與診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(第三版)(CCMD-3)進(jìn)行精神障礙診斷,并探索臨床癥狀與腦外傷程度之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果輕、中度顱腦損傷所致精神障礙以器質(zhì)性神經(jīng)癥樣綜合征最多見(jiàn)。重度顱腦損傷所致精神障礙中以智能損害綜合征為多。三組間有顯著性差異(P≤0.01)。結(jié)論在精神疾病司法鑒定中,不同嚴(yán)重程度的顱腦損傷所致的精神障礙有不同的臨床特征。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical features and related factors of mental disorders caused by craniocerebral injury in forensic identification of mental diseases. Methods according to the GCS score of neurosurgery, the patients with mental disorders caused by brain injury were divided into three groups: severe (group A), moderate (group B) and mild (group C). The clinical symptoms of the cases were analyzed, and the relationship between the clinical symptoms and the degree of brain trauma was explored according to the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic criteria of Mental Disorder (CCMD-3). Results Organic neurosis syndrome was the most common mental disorder caused by mild and moderate craniocerebral injury. Among the mental disorders caused by severe craniocerebral injury, intellectual impairment syndrome is more common. There was significant difference among the three groups (P 鈮，
