【摘要】：目的探討肺癌高危患者經(jīng)多層螺旋CT篩查診斷的影像特點(diǎn)。方法選取體檢時(shí)被篩選為肺癌高危人群的107例受試者為研究對(duì)象,均予以多層螺旋CT篩查,對(duì)篩查結(jié)果顯示為疑似肺癌者給予病理檢查,詳細(xì)記錄檢查結(jié)果,分析多層螺旋CT在肺癌篩查診斷中的診斷符合率;歸納整理肺癌確診患者及非肺癌患者多層螺旋CT的影像特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果 1107例肺癌高�；颊咧�,經(jīng)多層螺旋CT篩查為疑似肺癌者共78例,發(fā)現(xiàn)可疑癌結(jié)節(jié)60個(gè),可疑癌腫塊20個(gè),共計(jì)80個(gè);經(jīng)多層螺旋CT篩查為疑似肺癌的78例患者中,經(jīng)病理檢查確診為肺癌者64例,多層螺旋CT在肺癌篩查診斷中的診斷符合率為82.1%(64/78);其中癌結(jié)節(jié)55個(gè)(83.3%),癌腫塊11個(gè)(16.7%),共計(jì)66個(gè);2肺部癌灶為結(jié)節(jié)者53例(82.8%),檢出癌結(jié)節(jié)55個(gè),平均結(jié)節(jié)大小為1.8cm,其中33個(gè)(60.0%)合并明顯CT征象,剩余22個(gè)(40.0%)未合并CT征象;肺部病灶為腫塊者11例(17.2%),檢出癌腫塊11個(gè),平均結(jié)節(jié)大小3.5cm,其中7個(gè)(63.6%)合并明顯CT征象,剩余4個(gè)(36.4%)未合并CT征象。結(jié)論肺癌確診患者中癌結(jié)節(jié)所占比例較癌腫塊高,多層螺旋CT影像特征性較為明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the imaging features of multi-slice spiral CT screening in high-risk patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 107 subjects who were screened as high-risk population for lung cancer at the time of physical examination were screened by multi-slice spiral CT, and the results were examined pathologically in patients with suspected lung cancer, and the results were recorded in detail. The diagnostic coincidence rate of multi-slice spiral CT in screening diagnosis of lung cancer was analyzed. To summarize the imaging features of multi-slice spiral CT in lung cancer patients and non-lung cancer patients. Results among the 1107 patients with high risk of lung cancer, 78 cases were diagnosed as suspected lung cancer by multi-slice spiral CT. 60 suspected cancer nodules and 20 suspected tumor masses were found, with a total of 80. Among 78 patients with suspected lung cancer screened by multi-slice spiral CT, 64 cases were diagnosed as lung cancer by pathological examination. The coincidence rate of multi-slice spiral CT in screening diagnosis of lung cancer was 82.1% (64 / 78). There were 55 cancer nodules (83. 3%) and 11 cancer masses (16. 7%), with a total of 66. (2) nodules were found in 53 cases (82.8%). 55 nodules were detected, the average size of nodules was 1.8 cm, of which 33 (60.0%) had obvious CT signs, and 22 (40.0%) had no CT signs. Lung lesions were found in 11 cases (17.2%). The average size of nodules was 3.5 cm. Among them, 7 (63.6%) had obvious CT signs, and the remaining 4 (36.4%) had no CT signs. Conclusion the proportion of cancer nodules in patients with lung cancer is higher than that in cancer masses, and the characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT images are more obvious.
