口炎清顆粒治療慢性牙周炎的臨床觀察

【摘要】：目的:觀察口炎清顆粒治療慢性牙周炎的療效、安全性及對炎性細(xì)胞因子的影響。方法:110例慢性牙周炎患者隨機(jī)分為對照組(55例)和觀察組(55例)。對照組患者接受詳細(xì)的口腔衛(wèi)生指導(dǎo)、全口齦上潔治、齦下刮治和根面平整等常規(guī)治療;觀察組患者在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予口炎清顆粒20 g,開水沖服,每日2次。兩組療程均為4周。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效,治療前后菌斑指數(shù)(PLI)、牙齦指數(shù)(GI)、牙周探診深度(PD)、臨床附著水平(CAL)、白細(xì)胞介素17(IL-17)和IL-21水平及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:兩組患者均完成治療,無失訪患者。觀察組患者總有效率顯著高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者PLI、GI、PD、CAL、IL-17和IL-21水平均顯著低于同組治療前,且觀察組顯著低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上,口炎清顆粒治療慢性牙周炎的療效顯著,可顯著改善牙周癥狀,降低炎性細(xì)胞因子水平,且未增加不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of Kouyanqing granule in the treatment of chronic periodontitis and its effect on inflammatory cytokines. Methods: 110 patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into control group (55 cases) and observation group (55 cases). The patients in the control group received detailed oral hygiene guidance, subgingival cleaning, subgingival curettage and root leveling, while the patients in the observation group were given Kouyanqing granule 20 g, boiled water twice a day, on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks. To observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the plaque index (PLI), gum index (GI), periodontal probing depth (PD), clinical attachment level (CAL), IL-17 (IL-17) and IL-21 levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions before and after treatment. Results: both groups of patients completed the treatment, no lost follow-up patients. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, the levels of PLI,GI,PD,CAL,IL-17 and IL-21 in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment, and the levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: on the basis of routine treatment, Kouyanqing granule is effective in the treatment of chronic periodontitis, which can significantly improve periodontal symptoms, reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines, and does not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.
