利用紫外可見反射光譜鑒定血跡陳舊度

【摘要】:兇殺案的血跡陳舊度與案發(fā)時(shí)間有著必然聯(lián)系,推斷案發(fā)時(shí)間對(duì)于偵破案件具有重要意義,也是司法鑒定中的一個(gè)難題,建立一種快速確定出血時(shí)間的方法非常必要。使用UV-2450型紫外可見分光光度計(jì),ISR-240A積分球附件,BaSO4標(biāo)準(zhǔn)白板參比,測(cè)定16℃、濕度70%條件下血跡紗布、鋁片、玻璃、保鮮膜的8h內(nèi)每間隔1h的反射光譜,同樣方法測(cè)定24℃、濕度70%條件下血跡紗布的反射光譜,利用SPSS軟件處理,求出541和577nm反射率比值(R541/R577),進(jìn)行直線擬合,建立線性回歸方程,進(jìn)行F檢驗(yàn)。隨著時(shí)間的增加,血跡在541和577nm處的反射率增加,除了帶血跡玻璃的R2為0.769外,其余R2均大于0.900,F均大于F0.05(1,6)=5.59,線性回歸模型有顯著意義。利用紫外可見光譜儀積分球附件可以實(shí)現(xiàn)一定環(huán)境載體條件下8h內(nèi)血跡陳舊度推斷,方法操作簡(jiǎn)單,不需要對(duì)檢驗(yàn)對(duì)象進(jìn)行任何處理,保證了其完整性,不影響對(duì)其進(jìn)一步的個(gè)人信息等方面的檢驗(yàn),適合司法實(shí)踐中的需求。
[Abstract]:There is an inevitable connection between the blood trace of the murder case and the time of the case. It is very important to infer that the time of the case is of great significance to the detection of cases. It is also a difficult problem in the judicial identification. It is necessary to establish a method to quickly determine the time of bleeding. The UV-2450 type ultraviolet visible light spectrophotometer, the ISR-240A integral ball attachment, and the BaSO4 standard whiteboard ginseng are used. By measuring the reflectance spectra of blood trace gauze, aluminum sheet, glass, and fresh-keeping film in 8h at 16 and humidity 70%, the same method was used to determine the reflectance spectra of 1H at 24 and humidity 70%, and the reflectance ratio of 541 and 577nm (R541 /R577) was obtained by SPSS software, and linear regression equation was established and F test was established. With the increase of time, the reflectance of blood stains at 541 and 577nm increased, except the R2 of blood stained glass was 0.769, the other R2 was greater than 0.900, F was greater than F0.05 (1,6) =5.59, and the linear regression model was significant. The method is easy to operate and does not need to do any treatment to the inspection object. It ensures its integrity, does not affect the further personal information and other aspects of the inspection, and is suitable for the needs of judicial practice.
