【摘要】：法院人員分類管理是推動(dòng)司法改革的重要舉措,推行法官助理制度則是實(shí)現(xiàn)法院人員分類管理的重要一步,也是順利推進(jìn)司法改革試點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)性保障。我國法官助理制度曾有過相關(guān)實(shí)踐探索,然而,卻因種種原因成效甚微,并基本陷入停滯狀態(tài)。應(yīng)當(dāng)對(duì)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,并研究實(shí)踐中所遭遇的種種難題。為突破難題及深入改革提出對(duì)策建議,以期對(duì)法官助理制度的完善及發(fā)展有所借鑒啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:The classified management of court personnel is an important measure to promote the judicial reform, and the implementation of the system of assistant judges is an important step to realize the classified management of court personnel. It is also the basic guarantee to promote the trial of judicial reform smoothly. Our country judge assistant system has had the related practice exploration, however, because of various reasons, the result is very little. It should sum up and analyze the relevant experiences and lessons, and study the various difficulties encountered in practice, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for breaking through the difficult problems and deepening the reform. In order to improve the system of judges and the development of reference inspiration.
