【摘要】：社會管理創(chuàng)新的時代背景呼喚著出獄人社會保護的創(chuàng)新,社會管理創(chuàng)新視域下出獄人社會保護創(chuàng)新的理論基礎主要體現為以人為本理念的指導、和諧社會理念的引領、教育刑主義的延伸、社會保障理論的支撐和社會連帶理論的運用等方面。出獄人社會保護在我國取得了有目共睹的成績,但面對新形勢的發(fā)展特別是社會管理創(chuàng)新的要求,還有不少值得進一步改進之處,需要進行出獄人社會保護的創(chuàng)新路徑選擇,如加快制定專門的出獄人社會保護法,著力提升出獄人社會保護的社會化程度,進一步更新出獄人社會保護的內容,進一步拓展出獄人社會保護的渠道和重視出獄人社會保護理論的創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The background of social management innovation calls for the innovation of social protection. The theoretical basis of the social protection innovation of the released person is mainly embodied in the guidance of the people-oriented concept and the guidance of the harmonious social concept under the perspective of social management innovation. The extension of educational punishment, the support of social security theory and the application of social collateral theory, etc. The social protection of prisoners has made obvious achievements in our country, but in the face of the development of new situation, especially the requirements of social management innovation, There are still many areas worthy of further improvement. It is necessary to make innovative path choices for social protection of people out of prison, such as speeding up the formulation of a special social protection law for people released from prison, and making efforts to enhance the socialization of social protection for people released from prison. We should further update the content of social protection, further expand the channels of social protection and attach importance to the innovation of the theory of social protection.
