【摘要】:黨的十七大提出了“轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式”的口號(hào),全國(guó)對(duì)此展開了廣泛深入的探討與研究。如今,國(guó)際金融危機(jī)的余波正在催生新的科技革命,世界各國(guó)都努力發(fā)展科學(xué)技術(shù)以帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速?gòu)?fù)蘇。因此,對(duì)中國(guó)來說,加快經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,是一項(xiàng)刻不容緩的工作,同時(shí)也是一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期的、艱苦的工作。 企業(yè)是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的主要載體,離開了企業(yè),社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)就會(huì)停止或中斷。在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的背景下,企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)狀況和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益可以直接影響到經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的成功與否。企業(yè)持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)是企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)其它目標(biāo)的前提,每一個(gè)企業(yè)都希望自己能夠不斷成長(zhǎng)并發(fā)展壯大,企業(yè)要在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于主動(dòng)地位,就必須要適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變這個(gè)環(huán)境。經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變表現(xiàn)在企業(yè)就是,企業(yè)要進(jìn)行技術(shù)改進(jìn)和管理優(yōu)化。 我國(guó)的勞動(dòng)法已經(jīng)頒布及實(shí)施了多年,但是在實(shí)際工作中,企業(yè)員工權(quán)益的保護(hù)仍然存在多方面的不足,如工資遭到拖欠或克扣、勞動(dòng)合同不規(guī)范、員工經(jīng)常超時(shí)加班、勞動(dòng)安全得不到有效保障等。因此,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變背景下員工的合法權(quán)益應(yīng)該如何保護(hù)是一項(xiàng)亟待解決的問題。 我國(guó)當(dāng)前正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變時(shí)期,至今尚未有學(xué)者做過在這一特殊背景下對(duì)員工權(quán)益保護(hù)的研究,為了探索在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的背景下如何更有效地保護(hù)員工的經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)益,基于我國(guó)員工權(quán)益保護(hù)方面存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題和理論研究方面的不足,借鑒國(guó)外學(xué)者的研究成果,本文以珠三角各種類型的企業(yè)為實(shí)證研究樣本,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變及員工經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)益之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,提出了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變對(duì)員工經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)益影響的理論模型,借以探究二者之間的關(guān)系。 本研究以技術(shù)改進(jìn)和管理優(yōu)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的測(cè)量維度,以勞動(dòng)就業(yè)、工資分配、休息休假及勞動(dòng)安全衛(wèi)生為員工經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)益的測(cè)量維度,以性別、學(xué)歷、職位、企業(yè)性質(zhì)及企業(yè)規(guī)模為控制變量,建立了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變與員工經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)益的概念模型,并提出13個(gè)研究假設(shè)。 針對(duì)所建立的概念模型和研究假設(shè),本研究進(jìn)行問卷設(shè)計(jì),并以珠三角各種類型的企業(yè)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,獲取實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)。通過運(yùn)用SPSS及結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析等方法,驗(yàn)證研究假設(shè)。 最后,在對(duì)實(shí)證結(jié)果分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)我國(guó)員工權(quán)益保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀,本文提出了幾點(diǎn)建議,以期對(duì)我國(guó)員工權(quán)益保護(hù)提供參考和借鑒,同時(shí),針對(duì)本文研究的不足之處,提出了后續(xù)研究的方向,為以后的課題研究作出有益的探索。
[Abstract]:The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the slogan of "changing the mode of economic development", which has been extensively discussed and studied throughout the country. Now, the aftermath of the international financial crisis is spawning a new scientific and technological revolution. Countries all over the world are striving to develop science and technology to promote rapid economic recovery. Therefore, to accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development is an urgent and long-term task for China. Hard work. Enterprises are the main carrier of social economic activities. Without enterprises, social economic activities will be stopped or interrupted. The production status and economic benefits of enterprises can directly affect the success of the transformation of economic development mode. The sustainable growth of enterprises is the premise for enterprises to achieve other objectives. Every enterprise wants to be able to grow and grow continuously, and the enterprise should be in the active position in the fierce market competition. It is necessary to adapt to the environment of changing the mode of economic development. The transformation of the mode of economic development is manifested in the technological improvement and management optimization of the enterprise. China's labor law has been promulgated and implemented for many years, but in the actual work, the protection of employees' rights and interests still exist in many aspects, such as salary arrears or deductions, labor contracts are not standardized. Therefore, how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees under the background of the change of economic development mode is an urgent problem to be solved. Our country is currently in the period of economic development mode transformation, so far no scholars have done in this special context of employee rights and interests protection research. In order to explore how to protect the economic rights and interests of employees more effectively under the background of the transformation of economic development mode, based on the practical problems and theoretical research deficiencies in the protection of employees' rights and interests in China. Drawing on the research results of foreign scholars, this paper takes various types of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta as an empirical research sample to study the relationship between the transformation of economic development mode and the economic rights and interests of employees. This paper puts forward a theoretical model of the influence of the change of economic development mode on the economic rights and interests of employees in order to explore the relationship between them. In this study, technical improvement and management optimization were used as the measurement dimensions of economic development, labor employment, wage distribution, rest and vacation, and labor safety and health were taken as the measurement dimensions of economic rights and interests of employees, and gender was used as the measurement dimension. This paper establishes a conceptual model of economic development mode transformation and employees' economic rights and interests, and puts forward 13 research hypotheses. According to the concept model and research hypothesis, this study designed a questionnaire, and conducted a questionnaire survey on various types of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta. The empirical data are obtained and the hypothesis is verified by using SPSS and structural equation model analysis. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of empirical results, this paper puts forward several suggestions for the protection of employees' rights and interests in China, in order to provide reference and reference for the protection of employees' rights and interests in China. In view of the deficiency of this paper, the direction of follow-up research is put forward, which is useful for the future research.
