【摘要】：正【本刊訊】繼中國第一家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法院在杭州成立后,我國首家"中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全法律合作聯(lián)盟"于2017年7月1日建黨96周年和香港回歸20周年之際,在浙江大學(xué)紫金港校區(qū)隆重成立。目前,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)國際秩序及其空間治理規(guī)則主要反映了發(fā)達國家的利益,難以反映世界上大多數(shù)國家的意愿和利益。對此,習(xí)近平總書記多次強調(diào),要理直氣壯地維護我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間主權(quán),明確宣示中國的主張,并在第二屆世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會
[Abstract]:Following the establishment of China's first Internet court in Hangzhou, China's first "China Cyber Security legal Cooperation Alliance" was established on July 1, 2017, the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Party and the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to China. In Zhejiang University Zijin Port campus was established. At present, the Internet international order and its spatial governance rules mainly reflect the interests of developed countries, but it is difficult to reflect the wishes and interests of most countries in the world. In this regard, General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to uphold China's sovereignty over cyberspace in a candid manner, to clearly declare China's views, and to declare China's position at the second World Internet Congress.
