加強(qiáng)督導(dǎo),讓“雙語教育”回歸本源

【摘要】：正應(yīng)上海市教育督導(dǎo)事務(wù)中心的要求,筆者就新修改的《中華人民共和國教育法》,結(jié)合教育督導(dǎo)工作談點(diǎn)個(gè)人的意見和建議。有人說,2015年國務(wù)院提請(qǐng)全國人大常委會(huì)一攬子修改教育法、高等教育法和民辦教育促進(jìn)法,主要是為了修改民辦教育促進(jìn)法。讓他們不解的是,全國人大常委會(huì)通過了修改教育法和高等教育法的決定,民辦教育促進(jìn)法的修改延后,需要再進(jìn)一步調(diào)研。其實(shí),教育法的修改共有十一處,涉及學(xué)前教育、語言文
[Abstract]:In response to the request of Shanghai Education Supervision Affairs Center, the author puts forward some personal opinions and suggestions on the newly revised Education Law of the people's Republic of China. Some people say that in 2015, the State Council requested the NPC standing Committee to amend the Education Law, the higher Education Law, and the Law on the Promotion of Private Education, mainly for the purpose of revising the Law on the Promotion of Private Education. What puzzles them is that the NPC standing Committee has passed a decision to amend the Education Law and the higher Education Law, and the amendment of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education has been postponed and needs further investigation and investigation. In fact, there are 11 amendments to the Education Law, involving pre-school education, language and language.
