【摘要】：從毛澤東的"進京趕考"到習(xí)近平的"趕考遠未結(jié)束",中國共產(chǎn)黨持之不懈的凝聚力、戰(zhàn)斗力和創(chuàng)造力,源自"趕考精神"的內(nèi)在驅(qū)使和外在鞭策。黨的十八大以來,以習(xí)近平為總書記的黨中央全面推進依法治國,成為"趕考精神"之新創(chuàng)舉和新成果。面對當(dāng)前未有之新格局,中國共產(chǎn)黨惟有選擇和必然選擇依法執(zhí)政。依法執(zhí)政映照和彰顯中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政能力和執(zhí)政水平之提升,同時,將給"趕考精神"賦予新的時代內(nèi)涵與意義。
[Abstract]:From Mao Zedong's "coming to Beijing for the exam" to Xi's "running for the exam", the Communist Party of China's unremitting cohesion, combat effectiveness and creativity stem from the internal and external drive of the "drive for the exam". Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the CPC Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as its general secretary, has comprehensively promoted the rule of law, and has become a new initiative and new achievement in the spirit of "catching up with the examination." In the face of the new situation, the Communist Party of China can only choose and inevitably choose to rule by law. Ruling according to law reflects and highlights the improvement of the ruling ability and ruling level of the Communist Party of China, and at the same time, it will give new meaning and meaning to the spirit of "pushing ahead with the examination".
