【摘要】：中國博物館文化資源豐富,博物館文化資源的產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)雖然與境外國家博物館文化資源的產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)有較大差距,但已呈現(xiàn)蒸蒸日上的發(fā)展態(tài)勢。館藏文化資源的"活化"利用在文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)中,發(fā)揮著愈來愈重要的作用。博物館文化資源開發(fā)的實質(zhì),在于產(chǎn)權(quán)交易,通過藏品的產(chǎn)權(quán)確認(rèn)、物權(quán)處置、版權(quán)授權(quán)等交易流程呈現(xiàn)出來。博物館藏品原件的物權(quán)歸屬和藏品版權(quán)的確認(rèn),使博物館在文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中可通過版權(quán)授權(quán)制度,為博物館藏品的"保護(hù)與利用"尋找新的發(fā)展路徑,推動博物館文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China is rich in museum cultural resources. Although there is a big gap between the industrial development of museum cultural resources and the industrial development of museum cultural resources in foreign countries, it has shown a prosperous development trend. The activation of cultural resources plays a more and more important role in the development of cultural and creative products. The essence of the development of museum cultural resources lies in the transaction of property rights, which is presented through the confirmation of property rights of collections, the disposal of real rights, copyright authorization and so on. The ownership of the real right of the original museum collection and the confirmation of the copyright of the collection make it possible for the museum to find a new development path for the "protection and utilization" of the museum collection through the copyright authorization system in the development of the cultural and creative industry, and to promote the rapid development of the museum cultural creative industry.
