　　本文旨在探究外商直接投資(Foreign Direct Investment,以下簡(jiǎn)稱FDI)對(duì)尼泊爾經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),一些機(jī)構(gòu)、學(xué)者、政策制定者認(rèn)為,外商直接投資流入的資本相比其他形式的資本流入可以得到更有效和快速地分配。然而,也有一些學(xué)者專家認(rèn)為外商直接投資對(duì)東道國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生了負(fù)面的影響。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外有大量對(duì)外商直接投資的研究文獻(xiàn),其中也包括對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響的研究,但是在這個(gè)問(wèn)題的研究上還不夠深入和充分,特別是在外商直接投資與發(fā)展中國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)兩者的聯(lián)系上,需要更充分更深入更有針對(duì)性的研究來(lái)使得目前的研究體系更加完整。本文采用了三種分析方法,即理論分析、數(shù)學(xué)分析和意見(jiàn)分析。在理論分析中,將FDI對(duì)投資國(guó)的投資環(huán)境、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、雇員態(tài)度、教育、產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與集中、規(guī)模、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓、社會(huì)文化等因素的影響進(jìn)行了深入的討論。在數(shù)學(xué)分析中,建立了普通最小平方模型(OLS),通過(guò)格蘭杰因果關(guān)系和單位根檢驗(yàn)來(lái)測(cè)試模型,并且進(jìn)行協(xié)整和誤差修正模型。模型采用尼泊爾相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù),分析了FDI對(duì)尼泊爾GDP的影響,并對(duì)FDI與國(guó)內(nèi)投資進(jìn)行了比較,還研究了行業(yè)與投資期限的關(guān)系。本文根...
