【摘要】：財(cái)務(wù)公司是一類(lèi)具有中國(guó)特色的非銀行金融機(jī)構(gòu),在集團(tuán)內(nèi)部的職能定位主要表現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)方面:作為集團(tuán)資金戰(zhàn)略管控的具體執(zhí)行者以及集團(tuán)內(nèi)外部金融資源的整合者。資金管控是集團(tuán)基于整體發(fā)展目標(biāo)而實(shí)施的重大戰(zhàn)略舉措,財(cái)務(wù)公司則是集團(tuán)為了更有效地實(shí)施資金管控而專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)立的一個(gè)金融性主體。作為連接集團(tuán)與外部資金市場(chǎng)的窗口,財(cái)務(wù)公司通過(guò)實(shí)現(xiàn)集團(tuán)內(nèi)部資金市場(chǎng)和外部資金市場(chǎng)的對(duì)接,最終成為集團(tuán)內(nèi)外部金融資源的積極整合者。
[Abstract]:The finance company is a kind of non-bank financial institution with Chinese characteristics. The function orientation of the group is mainly reflected in two aspects: as the concrete executor of the group's capital strategy control and as the integrator of the group's internal and external financial resources.Capital control is an important strategic measure implemented by the group based on the overall development goal, while the finance company is a financial entity specially set up by the group for the purpose of implementing capital control more effectively.As a window to connect the group with the external capital market, the finance company becomes the positive integrator of the group's internal and external financial resources by realizing the docking between the group's internal capital market and the external capital market.
