沖擊載荷下加載率對裂紋擴(kuò)展速度、斷裂韌度和能量釋放率的影響(英文)

通常,加載率會顯著影響脆性材料的抗壓強度和拉伸強度等力學(xué)行為,但是對其它動態(tài)力學(xué)性能的影響仍然存在許多未知或部分未知的情況,比如,加載率是否會影響裂紋的動態(tài)擴(kuò)展行為(擴(kuò)展韌度,裂紋速度和裂紋止裂等)。為了進(jìn)一步探討加載率對裂紋動態(tài)響應(yīng)的影響,提出梯形開口的側(cè)開單裂紋構(gòu)型試樣,并在落錘沖擊裝置下對該試樣進(jìn)行了沖擊試驗。利用裂紋擴(kuò)展計測量沖擊載荷、裂紋擴(kuò)展時間和裂紋速度。為了驗證測試結(jié)果,采用顯式動力軟件AUTODYN建立了相應(yīng)的數(shù)值模型,數(shù)值仿真結(jié)果與實驗結(jié)果基本一致。利用有限元程序ABAQUS計算動態(tài)應(yīng)力強度因子,并采用普適函數(shù)進(jìn)行修正,最后基于實驗-數(shù)值方法確定裂紋起始韌度和裂紋擴(kuò)展韌度。結(jié)果表明,裂紋擴(kuò)展速度、動態(tài)斷裂韌度和能量釋放率均隨著加載率的增加而增加,裂紋的延遲起裂時間隨著加載率的增加而縮短。
