【摘要】：為了在過(guò)渡流狀態(tài)下對(duì)小型化換熱器叉排管束群的傳熱強(qiáng)化機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)三列、五列叉排圓柱列的流動(dòng)傳熱特性的數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究。使用Fortran程序?qū)�基于�?fù)合網(wǎng)格系統(tǒng)的三列、五列叉排模型在不同橫向間距(Ps/D)下的流動(dòng)傳熱特性進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬。研究結(jié)果表明(1)當(dāng)Ps/D=3時(shí),五列叉排圓柱列的傳熱強(qiáng)化效果最好,Ps/D=4時(shí),三列叉排圓柱列的傳熱強(qiáng)化效果最好;(2)在叉排管束群中,第二列圓柱列的對(duì)流換熱效果最好,后排圓柱列的對(duì)流換熱效果依次降低。(3)在叉排管束群中,當(dāng)圓柱列列數(shù)增加時(shí),Ps/D增大時(shí),傳熱強(qiáng)化效果不明顯。
[Abstract]:In order to study the heat transfer enhancement mechanism of the cross row bundle group of miniaturized heat exchangers under the transition flow state, the numerical simulation results of the flow heat transfer characteristics of the three row and five row cross row columns were compared and studied. The flow heat transfer characteristics of a three-row, five-row cross row model based on a composite grid system under different transverse spacing (Ps/D) were simulated by Fortran program. The results show that (1) when Psr / D = 3, the heat transfer enhancement effect of the five-row intersected column is the best than that of PsP / D = 4, and (2) the convection heat transfer efficiency of the second row cylindrical column is the best in the cross row tube bundle group. The convection heat transfer efficiency of the back column decreases in turn. (3) in the cross row bundle group, when the column number increases, the heat transfer enhancement effect is not obvious when the column number increases.
