【摘要】：為了克服傳統(tǒng)熱壓縮機(jī)的不足,提出了一種直線電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)、以氣缸壁與活塞充當(dāng)回?zé)崞鞯男滦蜔釅嚎s機(jī)系統(tǒng)。利用搭建的實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了加熱溫度、直線電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)功率、工質(zhì)種類和充氣壓力等對(duì)新型熱壓縮機(jī)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行特性的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:采用比熱容比更大的工質(zhì)有利于提高熱壓縮機(jī)系統(tǒng)性能;增大充氣壓力能提高系統(tǒng)內(nèi)壓力峰值,但效果不顯著。以He4為工質(zhì),在充氣壓力為0.96 MPa、加熱溫度為330℃時(shí),新型熱壓縮機(jī)系統(tǒng)壓比達(dá)到1.14,能滿足特定場(chǎng)合驅(qū)動(dòng)脈沖管制冷機(jī)工作的需求;利用帶小孔的氣庫(kù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)輸出聲功實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在最佳小孔開度使熱壓縮機(jī)系統(tǒng)對(duì)外輸出功最大;保持工質(zhì)種類和充氣壓力不變,當(dāng)加熱溫度為603℃、小孔氣庫(kù)容積為0.518L時(shí),實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)得熱壓縮機(jī)輸出功最大為15.6 W。
[Abstract]:In order to overcome the shortcoming of traditional heat compressor, a new type of heat compressor system is proposed, which is driven directly by linear motor and uses cylinder wall and piston as regenerator. The effects of heating temperature, driving power of linear motor, working medium and inflatable pressure on the operation characteristics of the new type thermal compressor system are studied experimentally by using the experimental device. The results show that the performance of the system can be improved by using the working medium with a larger specific heat capacity ratio, and the peak value of the pressure in the system can be increased by increasing the gas pressure, but the effect is not obvious. With He4 as the working medium, the pressure ratio of the new type thermal compressor system reaches 1.14 when the inflatable pressure is 0.96 MPA and the heating temperature is 330 鈩，
