【摘要】：擴(kuò)散吸收式制冷可以采用燃?xì)�、燃油等產(chǎn)生的熱量驅(qū)動(dòng)氨-氦工質(zhì)循環(huán)進(jìn)行制冷，由于不受電網(wǎng)束縛，在電力不穩(wěn)定區(qū)域、軍事拉練、自然災(zāi)害區(qū)域血液等的保存具有重要意義。 本文對(duì)采用天然工質(zhì)氨水做制冷劑的擴(kuò)散吸收系冰箱進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)熱力模型建模、熱力計(jì)算，并對(duì)關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。通過對(duì)系統(tǒng)的理論計(jì)算和參數(shù)優(yōu)化，設(shè)計(jì)了基于汽車尾氣余熱利用的車載擴(kuò)散吸收式冰箱。 本文重點(diǎn)分析了汽車尾氣余熱制冷領(lǐng)域國內(nèi)外研究成果及存在的問題，為下一步的數(shù)學(xué)建模、理論計(jì)算和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供幫助；建立了擴(kuò)散吸收系冰箱關(guān)鍵部件的數(shù)學(xué)模型，對(duì)氨—水工質(zhì)的熱力學(xué)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了深入研究，建立了主要部件的數(shù)學(xué)模型，并對(duì)每一部份進(jìn)行了詳盡的熱力計(jì)算，，為擴(kuò)散吸收式冰箱的設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論依據(jù)；根據(jù)熱力計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)擴(kuò)散吸收式制冷冰箱進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)；最后通過實(shí)驗(yàn)，采用固定其他參數(shù)，改變某一參數(shù)的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法，對(duì)單一因素變化對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響情況作了分析，從而確定適合本系統(tǒng)的最佳參數(shù)。。 本文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)，一是建立了擴(kuò)散吸收系冰箱關(guān)鍵部件的數(shù)學(xué)模型，為設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論依據(jù)；二是對(duì)氨—水工質(zhì)配比等關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析優(yōu)化，針對(duì)本系統(tǒng)提出了最佳的方案。
[Abstract]:Diffusion absorption refrigeration can be cooled by the heat generated by gas, fuel, etc. The ammonia helium refrigerant cycle can be used for refrigeration. Since it is not bound by the power grid, it can be used for military training in areas with unstable power. The preservation of regional blood in natural disasters is of great significance. In this paper, the system thermodynamic model and thermodynamic calculation of diffusion-absorbent refrigerators with natural working fluid ammonia as refrigerant are carried out, and the key components are optimized. Based on the theoretical calculation and parameter optimization of the system, a vehicle diffusion absorption refrigerator is designed based on the utilization of residual heat from automobile exhaust. This paper focuses on the analysis of domestic and foreign research results and existing problems in the field of automotive exhaust waste heat refrigeration, which provides the help for the next step of mathematical modeling, theoretical calculation and structure design. The mathematical model of the key parts of the diffusion-absorbent refrigerator is established, the thermodynamic properties of the ammonia-hydraulic properties are studied in depth, the mathematical models of the main components are established, and the detailed thermodynamic calculations are carried out for each part. It provides a theoretical basis for the design of diffusion absorption refrigerator. According to the results of thermal calculation, the structure optimization design of diffusion-absorption refrigeration refrigerator is carried out. Finally, the influence of single factor on the system is analyzed by using the experimental method of fixing other parameters and changing one parameter, and the optimum parameters suitable for the system are determined. The innovation of this paper is to establish the mathematical model of the key parts of the diffusion-absorbent refrigerator, which provides the theoretical basis for the design, and the second is to analyze and optimize the key parameters such as the ratio of ammonia to water, and to put forward the best scheme for the system.
