【摘要】：目的對兒童正畸服務(wù)中的深度體驗設(shè)計與方法策略進行研究。方法通過深度體驗設(shè)計方法將兒童牙科正畸服務(wù)的體驗周期進行劃分,并對其現(xiàn)狀和案例進行分析和梳理,將各體驗周期特點進行總結(jié)歸納。結(jié)論分析歸納出兒童牙科正畸服務(wù)深度體驗周期中信息平臺可視化認知階段、情緒管理與情感感知連續(xù)性診療階段、個人行為與健康生活關(guān)聯(lián)性認同階段、社區(qū)延續(xù)服務(wù)體驗拓展階段4個深度體驗特征,并根據(jù)特征的內(nèi)涵提煉出在深度體驗設(shè)計指導(dǎo)下對于信息知識認知、正向體驗、生活方式及價值獲取幾個方面服務(wù)體驗設(shè)計策略,為今后的研究提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the deep experience design and strategy of children orthodontic service. Methods the experience period of dental orthodontic service for children was divided by the method of deep experience design, and the current situation and cases were analyzed and combed, and the characteristics of each experience cycle were summarized. Conclusion the visual cognitive stage of information platform, the continuous diagnosis and treatment stage of emotion management and emotion perception, the stage of personal behavior and healthy life related identification stage in the deep experience period of children's dental orthodontic service were analyzed and summarized. There are four deep experience features in the extended stage of community continuing service experience, and according to the connotation of the characteristics, the positive experience for the information knowledge cognition under the guidance of the deep experience design is extracted, and the positive experience is obtained under the guidance of the deep experience design. The design strategies of service experience in life style and value acquisition provide theoretical guidance for future research.
