基于多屬性群體決策的協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)方案評(píng)價(jià)方法研究

【摘要】:網(wǎng)絡(luò)化產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)是一種在分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,采用現(xiàn)代先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)理論對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的先進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)模式,它可以看作是不同學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的人員組成一個(gè)群體,基于分布設(shè)計(jì)資源共享,對(duì)于一個(gè)給定的復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),相互協(xié)同、互相協(xié)作完成產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)的過(guò)程。產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程可以看做是一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題的求解和決策的過(guò)程,由于不同學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的設(shè)計(jì)主體所關(guān)注的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)重要度不同,所以,會(huì)形成不同的協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)方案,如何有效的權(quán)衡不同設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)方案的群體決策與評(píng)價(jià),是協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中的重要研究?jī)?nèi)容。群體決策理論是多決策主體按照個(gè)體偏好和集體選擇之間的關(guān)系,把方案集中按照不同個(gè)體偏好形成的設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行群體決策,決策的結(jié)果是決策主體意見達(dá)成一致或者意見折中妥協(xié)。由于協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)是由不同學(xué)科、領(lǐng)域?qū)<蚁嗷f(xié)作共同完成產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,所以協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程的方案決策具有明顯的群體決策的特性。本文主要對(duì)產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)生的方案評(píng)價(jià)與決策相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入研究,以協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)方案評(píng)價(jià)與決策模型的建立為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)離差最大化的方法來(lái)確定多屬性評(píng)價(jià)目標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù)。同時(shí),針對(duì)群決策主體之間的認(rèn)可度問(wèn)題,提出基于多視角多屬性的群體決策方法,最后通過(guò)實(shí)例分析,驗(yàn)證所提方法的有效性。本文的主要工作如下:(1)針對(duì)產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)方案層的沖突進(jìn)行分析,按照方案評(píng)價(jià)決策流程,給出了產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)方案評(píng)價(jià)的群體決策模型,并對(duì)所提評(píng)價(jià)決策模型的控制問(wèn)題和約束關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析。(2)根據(jù)產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)方案評(píng)價(jià)和群體決策的特點(diǎn),給出了基于離差最大化的多屬性產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)方案群決策模型和算法,以解決群體決策中多屬性權(quán)重系數(shù)值的確定和決策者權(quán)重系數(shù)的確定問(wèn)題,并給出了相應(yīng)的實(shí)例分析。(3)針對(duì)群體決策整個(gè)過(guò)程中,決策主體彼此間的認(rèn)可度問(wèn)題,可以構(gòu)造決策者之間的視角交互矩陣,給出了一種決策者多視角認(rèn)可度的產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)方案評(píng)價(jià)策略,同時(shí)與多屬性權(quán)重系數(shù)確定方法相結(jié)合,以此完成產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)的方案評(píng)價(jià)。然后按照最大滿意度排序的方法,從中選取最優(yōu)的決策方案。最后,以變速器的協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中一個(gè)任務(wù)產(chǎn)生的階段性設(shè)計(jì)方案為例,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Networked product collaborative design is a kind of advanced design mode which adopts modern advanced design theory to carry on the innovation design to the product under the distributed network environment. It can be regarded as a group of people from different disciplines. Based on distributed design resource sharing, the design goal of a given complex product is achieved by cooperating with each other and cooperating with each other to complete the design goal of a given complex product. The process of product collaborative design can be seen as a process of solving design problems and making decisions. Because of the importance of design parameters concerned by different subjects and domains, different collaborative design schemes will be formed. How to effectively weigh different design objectives and realize group decision-making and evaluation of collaborative design schemes is an important research content in collaborative design process. The theory of group decision making is that according to the relationship between individual preference and collective choice, multi-decision makers concentrate the scheme on group decision making according to the design scheme formed by different individual preferences. The result of the decision is an agreement or compromise between the main body of the decision. Because collaborative design is a product design process which is composed of different disciplines and domain experts, the project decision of collaborative design process has obvious characteristics of group decision. In this paper, the problems related to the scheme evaluation and decision making of product collaborative design are studied in depth, which is based on the establishment of the evaluation and decision model of collaborative design scheme. The weight coefficient of multi-attribute evaluation target is determined by the method of deviation maximization. At the same time, a group decision making method based on multi-view and multi-attribute is proposed to solve the problem of recognition between the main bodies of group decision making. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by an example analysis. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) based on the analysis of the conflict in the product collaborative design scheme layer, the group decision model of the product collaborative design scheme evaluation is given according to the scheme evaluation decision-making process. The control problem and constraint relation of the proposed evaluation decision model are analyzed. (2) according to the characteristics of product collaborative design scheme evaluation and group decision making, A multi-attribute collaborative design scheme group decision making model and algorithm based on maximization of deviation is presented to solve the problem of determining the value of multi-attribute weight coefficient and the decision maker's weight coefficient in group decision-making. The corresponding examples are given. (3) aiming at the recognition problem between decision makers in the whole process of group decision making, the interaction matrix of view angle between decision makers can be constructed. In this paper, an evaluation strategy of product collaborative design scheme based on decision makers' multi-perspective recognition is presented, which is combined with the method of determining multi-attribute weight coefficient to complete the scheme evaluation of product collaborative design. Then according to the method of maximum satisfaction ranking, the optimal decision scheme is selected. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example of a phased design scheme generated by a task in the collaborative design process of transmission.
