【摘要】：綠色供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)瞧髽I(yè)取得國內(nèi)國際市場低碳準(zhǔn)入的重要途徑,是提升企業(yè)核心競爭力,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要手段。本文提出了綠色供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間知識(shí)共享戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟模式,從帕累托有效協(xié)同視角構(gòu)建了知識(shí)共享戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟動(dòng)態(tài)合作博弈模型。結(jié)果表明:知識(shí)共享戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟可以提高企業(yè)加入聯(lián)盟的積極性,有效激勵(lì)聯(lián)盟內(nèi)的企業(yè)合作進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,降低聯(lián)盟運(yùn)行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。最后,從激勵(lì)監(jiān)督機(jī)制、知識(shí)共享的渠道和途徑、內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)三方面提出了構(gòu)建知識(shí)共享戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Green supply chain is an important way for enterprises to obtain low carbon access to domestic and international markets. It is also an important means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and achieve sustainable development. This paper proposes a strategic alliance model of knowledge sharing among enterprises in green supply chain, and constructs a dynamic cooperative game model of strategic alliance of knowledge sharing from the perspective of Pareto effective collaboration. The results show that the strategic alliance of knowledge sharing can improve the enthusiasm of enterprises to join the alliance, effectively stimulate the cooperation of enterprises in the alliance to carry out technological innovation, and reduce the risk of alliance operation. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for constructing the strategic alliance of knowledge sharing from three aspects: the incentive and supervision mechanism, the channels and approaches of knowledge sharing, and the internal and external risks.
