供應(yīng)鏈管理環(huán)境下的分銷商評(píng)價(jià)與選擇研究

【摘要】:供應(yīng)鏈管理強(qiáng)調(diào)的關(guān)鍵是擁有互補(bǔ)能力與資源的節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)間的協(xié)調(diào)與合作,其核心競爭優(yōu)勢就在于節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)之間所建立的長期穩(wěn)定合作關(guān)系以及各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)核心業(yè)務(wù)的不斷完善。而供應(yīng)鏈管理要處理好的首要問題就是評(píng)價(jià)與選擇合作伙伴,合作伙伴關(guān)系不僅存在于上游的供應(yīng)商與制造商之間,同時(shí)也存在于制造商與下游的分銷商之間,特別是在當(dāng)前顧客消費(fèi)驅(qū)動(dòng)的市場競爭環(huán)境中,對分銷商進(jìn)行客觀有效的評(píng)價(jià)與選擇更是供應(yīng)鏈管理中的重要一環(huán)。本文站在制造商選擇長期戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴的角度來對分銷商的評(píng)選理論、評(píng)選過程、指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建以及綜合評(píng)選模型進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。首先,本文對現(xiàn)有的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行回顧總結(jié),提出當(dāng)前研究中主要存在的不足,闡明了本文的研究設(shè)想;其次,詳細(xì)介紹了供應(yīng)鏈、分銷商以及供應(yīng)鏈管理的相關(guān)概念,闡述了分銷商的評(píng)價(jià)與選擇對供應(yīng)鏈管理的重要作用,明確了分銷商在供應(yīng)鏈中的角色定位,重新界定了分銷商的評(píng)選步驟,為本文進(jìn)一步的研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ);再次,基于對現(xiàn)有的關(guān)于分銷商評(píng)選指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的研究,結(jié)合平衡記分卡的思想,并遵循指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)的一般原則,重新構(gòu)建了一套分銷商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,同時(shí)對現(xiàn)有的評(píng)價(jià)與選擇方法進(jìn)行了比較分析,指出了供應(yīng)鏈分銷商評(píng)價(jià)與選擇問題的特點(diǎn)并提出運(yùn)用模糊多屬性決策模型來解決這一問題。本文將三角模糊數(shù)法、熵權(quán)法、灰色關(guān)聯(lián)法以及TOPSIS法相結(jié)合建立多屬性決策模型,并通過具體案例來驗(yàn)證該模型的有效性;最后,總結(jié)本文的研究內(nèi)容,給出分析結(jié)論,列出下一步需要重點(diǎn)研究的問題。本文從供應(yīng)鏈管理的視角出發(fā),將分銷商視為供應(yīng)鏈中制造商的長期戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴來展開相應(yīng)研究�;谄胶庥浄挚ǖ脑韥順�(gòu)建本文中的分銷商評(píng)價(jià)與選擇指標(biāo)體系,有效的將供應(yīng)鏈管理環(huán)境下的分銷商評(píng)選問題提升到企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的高度。此外,本文結(jié)合三角模糊數(shù)與熵權(quán)法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,有效彌補(bǔ)單一的主觀賦權(quán)與客觀賦權(quán)的不足,將模糊數(shù)學(xué)與多屬性決策方法相結(jié)合構(gòu)建模糊多屬性決策模型,該模型可同時(shí)兼顧決策人的主觀評(píng)價(jià)與客觀事實(shí),使評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果更加切合實(shí)際。
[Abstract]:The key to supply chain management is coordination and cooperation among node enterprises with complementary capabilities and resources. Its core competitive advantage lies in the long-term stable cooperative relationship between the node enterprises and the continuous improvement of the core business of each node enterprise. The most important problem of supply chain management is to evaluate and select partners. The partnership exists not only between upstream suppliers and manufacturers, but also between manufacturers and downstream distributors. Especially in the current market competition environment driven by customer consumption, the objective and effective evaluation and selection of distributors is an important part of supply chain management. From the point of view of manufacturers' selection of long-term strategic partners, this paper makes a systematic study on the selection theory, selection process, index system construction and comprehensive evaluation model of distributors. First of all, this paper reviews and summarizes the existing domestic and foreign related studies, puts forward the main deficiencies of the current research, and clarifies the research ideas of this paper. Secondly, it introduces the relevant concepts of supply chain, distributors and supply chain management in detail. This paper expounds the important role of distributor evaluation and selection in supply chain management, clarifies the role orientation of distributor in supply chain, redefines the selection steps of distributor, and lays a theoretical foundation for further research in this paper. Based on the existing research on the establishment of distributor evaluation index system, combined with the idea of balanced scorecard, and following the general principles of index design, this paper reconstructs a set of distributor evaluation index system. At the same time, the existing evaluation and selection methods are compared and analyzed, and the characteristics of supply chain reseller evaluation and selection are pointed out, and a fuzzy multi-attribute decision model is proposed to solve this problem. In this paper, the triangular fuzzy number method, entropy weight method, gray correlation method and TOPSIS method are combined to establish a multi-attribute decision-making model, and the effectiveness of the model is verified by a specific case. Finally, the research content of this paper is summarized, and the analysis conclusions are given. List the issues that need to be studied in the next step. In this paper, from the perspective of supply chain management, distributors are regarded as long-term strategic partners of manufacturers in the supply chain. Based on the principle of balanced scorecard, this paper constructs the evaluation and selection index system of distributors in this paper, and effectively elevates the selection of distributors in the supply chain management environment to the strategic level of enterprises. In addition, this paper combines the triangular fuzzy number and entropy weight method to determine the index weight, effectively make up for the deficiency of single subjective and objective weight, and combine fuzzy mathematics with multi-attribute decision-making method to construct fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making model. The model can give consideration to both subjective evaluation and objective facts of decision makers and make the evaluation results more realistic.
