【摘要】：正中小學(xué)檔案是學(xué)校開(kāi)展各項(xiàng)工作活動(dòng)的記錄,是對(duì)學(xué)校歷史面貌的真實(shí)反映,是教育教學(xué)管理工作的重要組成部分,它對(duì)提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生德智體美能全面發(fā)展具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。豫教辦(1993)105號(hào)文件雖然規(guī)定了中小學(xué)檔案文件材料的歸檔范圍,但在近幾年的檔案管理工作實(shí)踐中發(fā)現(xiàn),除了應(yīng)收集正常歸檔范圍內(nèi)的材料外,急需逐步擴(kuò)大學(xué)校檔案文件材料收集范圍工作。2011年,我校在10年校慶活動(dòng)中舉辦一次校史展覽,發(fā)現(xiàn)能夠真正突出學(xué)校特色,體現(xiàn)學(xué)校精神面貌,反映教育主題的材料非常匱乏,擴(kuò)大檔案材料收集范圍勢(shì)在必行。我認(rèn)為,必須從以下幾個(gè)方面著手。
[Abstract]:The archives of middle and primary schools are records of all kinds of work activities carried out by schools, a true reflection of the historical features of schools, and an important part of the management of education and teaching, which can improve the quality of teaching. It is of great practical significance to cultivate students' moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic ability. Although document (1993) 105 of Henan Education Office stipulates the archival scope of archival materials in primary and secondary schools, it has been found in the practice of archives management in recent years that, in addition to the materials that should be collected within the normal archival scope, There is an urgent need to gradually expand the scope of the collection of school archives and documents. In 2011, our school held an exhibition on the history of the school during its 10-year school celebration, and found that it could truly highlight the characteristics of the school and reflect the spirit of the school. The materials reflecting the educational theme are very scarce, so it is imperative to expand the scope of archival material collection. In my opinion, we must start from the following aspects.
