【摘要】:電力工業(yè)是關(guān)系到國(guó)計(jì)民生的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),受計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響較深。隨著電力行業(yè)壟斷經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的打破,進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的時(shí)代,電力行業(yè)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷已經(jīng)逐步成為電力企業(yè)極為重要的研究課題,而制定適應(yīng)所處區(qū)域的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷策略就成為電力企業(yè)迫切需要解決的重要任務(wù)之一 內(nèi)蒙古電力(集團(tuán))有限責(zé)任公司是全國(guó)唯一獨(dú)立于國(guó)家電網(wǎng)的省級(jí)電網(wǎng)企業(yè),公司的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷策略決定著內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)其他盟市所屬供電局的市場(chǎng)格局。本文根據(jù)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷的相關(guān)理論,在對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古電力公司的特殊性以及市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷整體環(huán)境進(jìn)行了全面分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,利用波特五力模型及SWOT模型分析并提出適應(yīng)內(nèi)蒙古電力公司發(fā)展實(shí)際的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷策略。目的在于促進(jìn)公司電力市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷工作的全面開(kāi)展,進(jìn)一步樹(shù)立“責(zé)任蒙電”品牌、提高公司經(jīng)濟(jì)效益及社會(huì)效益,為內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛和電網(wǎng)發(fā)展作出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The electric power industry is a basic industry related to the national economy and the people's livelihood, which is deeply influenced by the planned economy. With the breaking of the monopoly mode of the electric power industry, it has entered the era of market competition. The marketing of electric power industry has gradually become an extremely important research topic for electric power enterprises. Therefore, it has become an important task for electric power enterprises to formulate marketing strategies to adapt to the region in which they are located, which should be solved urgently by Ren Wuzhi. Inner Mongolia Electric Power (Group) Co., Ltd. is the only provincial power grid company independent of the State Grid. The marketing strategy of the company determines the market pattern of the power supply bureau in other cities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the particularity of Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company and the overall marketing environment, This paper analyzes and puts forward the marketing strategy adapted to the development of Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company by using Porter's five-force model and SWOT model. The purpose is to promote the overall development of the company's electric power marketing work, and to further establish the brand of "responsible Mengdan". To improve the economic and social benefits of the company, for the economic take-off of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and the development of the power grid.
