【摘要】：石油是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的命脈，石油化工類企業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)有很重要的影響，因而石油化工類企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平也會(huì)間接影響國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的水平。近幾年，國(guó)家對(duì)石油的需求也逐漸增加，同時(shí)石油的對(duì)外依存度也在不斷提高。2008年，金融危機(jī)對(duì)石油化工類企業(yè)產(chǎn)生了深刻影響。國(guó)內(nèi)外石油化工企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈演愈烈，因此對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外石油化工類企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 首先，本文對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論的發(fā)展歷程和目前國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的實(shí)證研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述，，指出研究中存在的不足。依據(jù)指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì)原則、結(jié)合企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)涵、特征和影響要素，初步建立了企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。本文應(yīng)用內(nèi)容分析法，對(duì)有關(guān)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)方法的文獻(xiàn)資料、特別是關(guān)于國(guó)內(nèi)外競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)證文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了詳盡闡述。 其次，在實(shí)證研究階段，以國(guó)際五大石油化工類企業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象，運(yùn)用本文所構(gòu)建的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，對(duì)金融危機(jī)前后，2006~2010年間的企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了分析，并以該計(jì)算結(jié)果為依據(jù)對(duì)五大石油企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了深入的分析，對(duì)各個(gè)維度的指標(biāo)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。運(yùn)用主成分分析方法從四個(gè)維度進(jìn)行分析，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)規(guī)模實(shí)力、資產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)能力、可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力和經(jīng)營(yíng)管理能力。根據(jù)結(jié)果進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)，找出競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的有優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。 最后，在分析方法上，運(yùn)用比較分析法。對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力動(dòng)態(tài)演變趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析，從橫向和縱向兩個(gè)方向進(jìn)行了深入的探討，比較全面和真實(shí)地反映了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展歷程。
[Abstract]:Petroleum is the lifeblood of the national economy. The development of petrochemical enterprises has a very important impact on our economy. Therefore, the level of competitiveness of petrochemical enterprises will also indirectly affect the level of national competitiveness in recent years. In 2008, the financial crisis had a profound impact on petrochemical enterprises. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to analyze and study the competitiveness of petrochemical enterprises at home and abroad. First of all, this paper summarizes the development of enterprise competitiveness theory and the current situation of empirical research on enterprise competitiveness at home and abroad, points out the shortcomings of the research. According to the design principle of index system, combined with the connotation of enterprise competitiveness. Characteristics and influencing factors, the evaluation index system of enterprise competitiveness is established preliminarily. In this paper, the content analysis method is applied to document the evaluation methods of enterprise competitiveness. In particular, the empirical literature on competitiveness evaluation at home and abroad has been elaborated in detail. Secondly, in the stage of empirical research, taking the five international petrochemical enterprises as the research object, using the evaluation index system constructed in this paper, this paper analyzes the competitiveness of enterprises before and after the financial crisis between 2006 and 2010. On the basis of the calculation results, this paper makes a deep analysis on the development of the competitiveness of the five major petroleum enterprises, and expounds in detail the development situation of the indicators of each dimension. The principal component analysis method is used to analyze the four dimensions. Competition scale strength, asset operation ability, sustainable development ability and management ability. According to the result, we can find out the advantages and disadvantages in the competition. Finally, in the analysis method, using comparative analysis method, the dynamic evolution trend of enterprise competitiveness is analyzed in detail, and the horizontal and vertical directions are discussed in depth. More comprehensive and true reflects the dynamic development process of competitiveness.
