【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟的穩(wěn)速發(fā)展,銀行面臨著很多的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),同時,對于銀行審計的工作的管理愈來愈顯得緊迫,銀行審計的工作只有借助與現(xiàn)有的計算機技術(shù)進行管理才能改變以往低下的工作效率以及建立一套健全的管理模式,對現(xiàn)有的審計模式從根本上進行解決。本文在對大量的文獻資料進行閱讀后,進行系統(tǒng)背景、目的、意義的描述,再根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的業(yè)務(wù)工作進行系統(tǒng)的需求分析,同時,采用統(tǒng)一建模語言的用例圖對系統(tǒng)進行靜態(tài)建模,采用活動圖和狀態(tài)圖以及時序圖進行動態(tài)分析,再對系統(tǒng)進行詳細分析,對系統(tǒng)的客戶項目管理模塊、文檔管理模塊,審計管理模塊,用戶登錄模塊,用戶管理模塊等五個模塊進行功能分析,利用實體關(guān)系圖對系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫關(guān)系進行建模,保證系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流向的正確性,最后是對系統(tǒng)進行測試,主要是進行黑盒測試,設(shè)計部分測試用例對系統(tǒng)相關(guān)模塊進行功能測試。系統(tǒng)進過測試后進行運行,目前工作狀態(tài)基本穩(wěn)定,滿足了當(dāng)前的工作需求,也減輕了審計工作的勞動強度,使得工作效率也大大提升,在現(xiàn)在的使用當(dāng)中,沒有對相應(yīng)的功能進行修改,基本滿足審計系統(tǒng)的工作需求,為今后相關(guān)的審計工作電子信息化改革提供一個參考依據(jù)和實際意義。
[Abstract]:With the steady development of Chinese economy, banks are facing many opportunities and challenges. At the same time, the management of bank audit is becoming more and more urgent. Only with the help of the existing computer technology can the bank audit work change the low working efficiency and establish a set of sound management mode. After reading a lot of literature, this paper describes the background, purpose and significance of the system, and then analyzes the needs of the system according to the existing business work. At the same time, the use case diagram of the unified modeling language is used to model the system statically, the activity diagram, the state diagram and the timing diagram are used for dynamic analysis, and then the system is analyzed in detail, and the customer project management module of the system is analyzed. Document management module, audit management module, user login module, user management module and other five modules for functional analysis, using entity relationship diagram to model the database relationship of the system. To ensure the correctness of the system data flow, the last is to test the system, mainly for the black box test, design part of the test cases to test the function of the system related modules. After the system has been tested to run. The current work status is basically stable, to meet the current work needs, but also to reduce the intensity of the audit work, so that the work efficiency is greatly improved, in the current use, there is no modification of the corresponding functions. It basically meets the needs of the audit system and provides a reference and practical significance for the related electronic information reform of audit work in the future.
