【摘要】:改革開放后,中國憑借人力成本優(yōu)勢(shì)成為制造業(yè)大國。但是隨著新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和智能制造的普及,同時(shí)人力成本上升,制造業(yè)已經(jīng)有回流發(fā)達(dá)國家的趨勢(shì)。為此我國政府推出工業(yè)4.0的發(fā)展計(jì)劃,希望通過發(fā)展智能制造,來鞏固和發(fā)展我國制造業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)地位;诠I(yè)機(jī)器人的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線是將各種技術(shù)及相關(guān)生產(chǎn)工藝集成起來實(shí)現(xiàn)替代產(chǎn)業(yè)工人的智能制造解決方案。其在生產(chǎn)規(guī);,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制上有著人工所不具備的優(yōu)勢(shì),近年來得到快速發(fā)展。L公司自動(dòng)化部門是一家提供機(jī)器人自動(dòng)化焊接應(yīng)用技術(shù)方案的集成商,為多家整車廠商及汽車零配件廠商等提供自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)解決方案和服務(wù)。由于解決自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)解決方案大都是非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品,在項(xiàng)目集成過程中,由于新技術(shù)應(yīng)用的不確定性及各個(gè)學(xué)科的交叉性及綜合性,造成項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度失控的問題,同時(shí)造成成本上升和經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。本文結(jié)合L公司機(jī)器人焊接自動(dòng)化集成項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,收集項(xiàng)目集成各個(gè)階段的問題,進(jìn)行歸納整理。以M公司汽車座椅骨架機(jī)器人自動(dòng)化焊接工作站集成項(xiàng)目為例,以項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)知識(shí)為理論基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用進(jìn)度管理的技術(shù)方法,通過WBS對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行任務(wù)分解,利用經(jīng)驗(yàn)估值及類比等方法估算任務(wù)持續(xù)時(shí)間,利用Microsoft Project工具繪制網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖,編制項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,利用關(guān)鍵路徑方法,對(duì)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,使進(jìn)度計(jì)劃滿足合同要求。在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際進(jìn)度進(jìn)行跟蹤比較,對(duì)出現(xiàn)的偏差采取措施進(jìn)行糾正,以保證實(shí)際進(jìn)度符合計(jì)劃要求。以達(dá)到進(jìn)度可控,質(zhì)量好,成本低的目的。本文的研究是在既有項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合L公司機(jī)器人自動(dòng)化焊接工作站項(xiàng)目集成的特點(diǎn),對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,為相關(guān)應(yīng)用的執(zhí)行提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, China has become a large manufacturing country with the advantage of manpower cost. However, with the application of new technology and the popularization of intelligent manufacturing, the human cost has also increased. The manufacturing industry has shown a trend of returning to developed countries. For this reason, the Chinese government has launched an industrial 4.0 development plan, hoping to develop intelligent manufacturing. The automatic production line based on industrial robot is an intelligent manufacturing solution that integrates various technologies and related production processes to replace industrial workers. In recent years, the automation department of .L company is an integrator which provides the application technical scheme of robot automatic welding. To provide automated production solutions and services for a number of auto manufacturers and auto parts manufacturers. Since the solutions to automated production solutions are mostly non-standard products, in the process of project integration, Because of the uncertainty of the application of the new technology and the intersection and comprehensiveness of various disciplines, the project progress is out of control, and at the same time, the cost rises and the economy is lost. This paper combines the actual situation of the robot welding automation integration project of L Company. Taking M company automobile seat skeleton robot automation welding workstation integration project as an example, taking the relevant knowledge of project management as the theoretical basis, using the technical method of schedule management, The project is decomposed by WBS, the task duration is estimated by the methods of empirical estimation and analogy, the network plan is drawn up by Microsoft Project tool, the project schedule is drawn up, and the progress plan is optimized by using the critical path method. Make the schedule meet the contract requirements. During the implementation of the project, track and compare the actual progress of the project, take measures to correct the deviation, to ensure that the actual progress meets the requirements of the plan, so that the progress can be controlled and the quality is good. The purpose of this paper is to optimize the project schedule on the basis of the related theories of project schedule control and the characteristics of project integration of robot automatic welding workstation in L Company. To provide some reference for the implementation of related applications.
