曲靖師范學(xué)院科研業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:曲靖師范學(xué)院為了使本院校的科研業(yè)務(wù)管理工作更加科學(xué)與規(guī)范,對我國目前的科研業(yè)務(wù)管理體系進行了細(xì)致的剖析,總結(jié)其優(yōu)缺點,并且根據(jù)分析進行科研業(yè)務(wù)管理方面的改革。主要以快速發(fā)展的信息技術(shù)為支持,利用先進的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)與智能的數(shù)據(jù)庫管理技術(shù)建設(shè)一個科研業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng),使用該系統(tǒng)動態(tài)的管理與展示科研信息數(shù)據(jù),加強科研工作人員之間的業(yè)務(wù)溝通,從而使曲靖師范學(xué)院在科學(xué)研究方面更上一個層次。本系統(tǒng)將使用面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計思想,采用目前最流行的B/S架構(gòu)進行開發(fā)。主要使用全球性語言Java進行編程,并且J2EE平臺下的Struts2、Spring、Hibernate三大框架技術(shù)進行整合,結(jié)合JSP技術(shù)進行系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。在此基礎(chǔ)上,還按照MVC三層開發(fā)模式,劃分了系統(tǒng)層次,通過分層管理,給工作人員提供便利。在系統(tǒng)UI設(shè)計上,則將HTML/CSS技術(shù)以及JQuery、JavaScript等技術(shù)結(jié)合,設(shè)計頁面的布局,實現(xiàn)信息數(shù)據(jù)的動態(tài)展示。在數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計方面,則利用大型關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫Oracle10g來完成系統(tǒng)信息實體的設(shè)計,并且對數(shù)據(jù)進行存儲、訪問等更新操作。根據(jù)曲靖師范學(xué)院不同科研工作人員對業(yè)務(wù)的管理情況,對本系統(tǒng)的用戶角色進行了劃分,主要由科研處用戶、科研秘書用戶以及科研人員三種用戶登錄系統(tǒng),管理各項業(yè)務(wù)流程。主要的系統(tǒng)功能包括:科研辦公管理、科研團隊管理、科研平臺管理、科研項目管理、科研經(jīng)費管理。各個用戶根據(jù)所擁有的用戶權(quán)限,對科研辦公信息、科研人員信息、研究機構(gòu)信息、科研經(jīng)費等信息進行管理,并且管理科研項目申報、立項、中檢、結(jié)項一系列過程中的信息數(shù)據(jù),包括基本的信息增、查、刪、改操作,以及信息審核、提交、打印、導(dǎo)入導(dǎo)出等其他操作。本科研業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)在曲靖師范學(xué)院運行之后,動態(tài)的管理及展示各種科研信息,以及科研項目進行情況,使工作人員全面的掌握科研業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,有助于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進行科研管理決策。并且該系統(tǒng)的運行,為曲靖師范學(xué)院科研業(yè)務(wù)的管理工作提供了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的發(fā)展方向,使其管理工作更加標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與規(guī)范化,通過高效的管理,本院校涌現(xiàn)出大量的科研成果,成為高?蒲袠I(yè)務(wù)管理的典范。
[Abstract]:In order to make the management of scientific research work more scientific and standardized, Qujing normal University has made a detailed analysis of the current scientific research business management system in our country, and summed up its advantages and disadvantages. According to the analysis, the reform of scientific research business management is carried out. With the support of rapidly developing information technology, a scientific research business management system is built by using advanced network technology and intelligent database management technology. Using the system to dynamically manage and display the scientific research information data, strengthen the business communication among the scientific research staff, thus make Qujing normal University to be a higher level in the field of scientific research. This system will use the object-oriented design idea. Using the most popular B / S architecture to develop, mainly using the global language Java programming, and J2EE platform Struts2Spring hibernate three framework technology integration, combined with JSP technology for the design of the system. In addition, according to the three-tier development model of MVC, the system is divided into three levels, which can provide convenience to the staff through hierarchical management. In the design of system UI, the layout of the page is designed by combining the technology of HTML/CSS and JQuery JavaScript, etc. In the aspect of database design, the large relational database Oracle10g is used to complete the design of system information entity, and the data is stored. According to the management of the different scientific research staff of Qujing Teachers College, the user role of the system is divided, mainly by the users of the Scientific Research Department, The main functions of the system include: scientific research office management, scientific research team management, scientific research platform management, scientific research project management, The management of scientific research funds. According to the user authority, each user manages the information of scientific research office, scientific research personnel, research institutions, scientific research funds, and so on, and manages the application, establishment and inspection of scientific research projects, Information data in the process of concluding items, including basic information increase, check, delete, change operation, and other operations such as information review, submission, printing, import and export etc. After the operation of this research business management system in Qujing normal College, Dynamic management and display of various scientific research information, as well as the status of scientific research projects, so that the staff can fully grasp the development of scientific research business, help leaders to make scientific research management decisions, and the operation of the system, It provides a network development direction for the management of scientific research work in Qujing normal University, and makes its management work more standard and standardized. Through efficient management, a large number of scientific research achievements have emerged in this university. To become a model of scientific research business management in colleges and universities.
