【摘要】:生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)是一個企業(yè)生產(chǎn)自動化的輔助工具,其功能和效果目前已經(jīng)被大多數(shù)人認(rèn)可。生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)可以為用戶提供一個快速反應(yīng)、有彈性、更加精細(xì)化的環(huán)境,能夠幫助企業(yè)降低運營成本、及時提交成品、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)可用在不同的行業(yè),能夠?qū)我划a(chǎn)品批量生產(chǎn)提供優(yōu)秀的信息管理,同時對多產(chǎn)品批量生產(chǎn)的企業(yè)也有很好的效果。生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)會隨著產(chǎn)品和生產(chǎn)流程的變化而變化,這是由于生產(chǎn)過程的數(shù)據(jù)模型經(jīng)常隨著產(chǎn)品的變化和升級改造而產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的變化。其中包括報表結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)系的格式變化,還有數(shù)據(jù)的負(fù)荷也可能會增加。假如用戶在以前舊的模型上增加表格數(shù)據(jù),系統(tǒng)過程的性能就會相應(yīng)地變差,最終導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)線的運轉(zhuǎn)速度越來越慢,導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)應(yīng)用瓶頸的客觀原因。在大多數(shù)情況下,五年是一個變化的周期,生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用軟件會有三成到五成變化。因此生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)需要不斷的升級改造已適應(yīng)變化。關(guān)于生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級的研究,筆者查閱了大量的資料發(fā)現(xiàn),這方面的研究絕大多數(shù)是偏重在生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級的技術(shù)方案的研究,也有人指出生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級成功與否與非技術(shù)因素具有密切的關(guān)系,但非技術(shù)因素和系統(tǒng)升級的關(guān)系究竟如何,詳細(xì)論證的并不多。本論文對公司在用的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)進行了詳細(xì)調(diào)查研究和分析,結(jié)合目前迅猛發(fā)展的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和信息技術(shù),運用成熟的項目管理的理論和方法,研究電能表生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級改造項目的具體實施。本論文著重于非技術(shù)的管理因素對于企業(yè)中生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)成功升級的關(guān)鍵性,在整個生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級的實踐過程中,企業(yè)如何建立起一個高效的項目組織團隊、如何進行流程管理、如何有序地組織實施過程的各階段、如何推動變革以及如何進行風(fēng)險控制都將在本文中進行論述。本論文第一章就生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級的研究背景,詳細(xì)闡述生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級的意義,同時概述研究所基于的理論基礎(chǔ),以及所參考的相關(guān)文獻,第一章還對研究的具體內(nèi)容也進行了簡單闡述。本論文第二章開篇概述了生產(chǎn)企業(yè)中生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級的目的、升級包含哪些內(nèi)容,升級有哪些特點,在之后闡述了如何將系統(tǒng)方法論實際運用到生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的升級改造中,接著詳細(xì)分析了生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級改造的具體過程,第二章最后具體詳盡地闡述如何對企業(yè)中的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)進行管理。本論文還論述了在生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級的具體實施過程中,企業(yè)如何組建高效的項目團隊,流程管理如何開展,組織實施過程各階段如何有序,最后還論述了如何控制風(fēng)險。本論文第三章通過實際案例詳細(xì)說明企業(yè)如何進行生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的升級改造。案例中的BJBN公司是一個尚處于不斷發(fā)展的公司,BJ]3N的業(yè)務(wù)量在逐步擴大。BJBN公司需要建立一個有效的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),能夠使得BJBN公司的產(chǎn)出能夠滿足市場日新月異變化的需求。論文中講述BJBN公司在生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級的過程中怎樣處理諸多變化的管理因素。本論文第四章在前三章論證的基礎(chǔ)上提煉出一個生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)如何進行生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級改造的一些建議,這對于一般生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)都會有一定的參考意義。本論文第五章是結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Production management system is a tool of production automation of an enterprise, its function and effect has been recognized by most people. The production management system can provide a quick response to users, flexible, more sophisticated environment, can help enterprises to reduce operating costs, to improve the quality of products, timely product, production management system available in different industries, can provide better information management for mass production of a single product, and batch production of products of the enterprises also have very good effect. The production management system will change with the change of products and production process, this is due to the production process with the product data model often change and upgrade and has the corresponding change. In the cases of BJBN company is still in a continuous development of the company, BJ]3N's business gradually expanded.BJBN company needs to establish an effective production management system, can make the BJBN's output to meet the market change rapidly changing needs. The factors of management about the BJBN company how to deal with changes in the process of upgrading production management in the fourth chapter of this thesis. Based on the previous three chapters on how to refine some suggestions for upgrading the production management system of a manufacturing enterprise, the general manufacturing enterprises will have a certain reference significance. The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
