【摘要】:2014年9月,中國(guó)最大的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司阿里巴巴在美國(guó)紐交所上市,2015年總理政府工作報(bào)告中重申推動(dòng)大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新的政府工作計(jì)劃,同時(shí)提出“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,旨在推動(dòng)移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等與現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)的結(jié)合。建筑材料的更新迭代在近一個(gè)世紀(jì)發(fā)生著巨大變化,原材料的應(yīng)用的多種組合層出不窮,但是人類社會(huì)文明發(fā)展的需要總引導(dǎo)著新型材料的不斷問(wèn)世,環(huán)保、健康、可持續(xù)、社會(huì)價(jià)值等概念日漸被供需雙方所接受。萬(wàn)創(chuàng)環(huán)?萍妓鞔虻男滦铜h(huán)保鋁合金建材正是這一個(gè)十年二十年市場(chǎng)需要的主流產(chǎn)品,借助得天獨(dú)厚的中原區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì),搭上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+實(shí)體企業(yè)的順風(fēng)車,著手展開(kāi)新型環(huán)保建材跨境電商貿(mào)易項(xiàng)目。本文從實(shí)際出發(fā),結(jié)合創(chuàng)業(yè)者并不豐富的實(shí)際社會(huì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及學(xué)習(xí)的理論所得結(jié)合可利用的優(yōu)勢(shì)資源。首先,厘清了項(xiàng)目的整體規(guī)劃,制定了組織架構(gòu),確定了項(xiàng)目的盈利模式;其次,深入分析了市場(chǎng)供求關(guān)系,結(jié)合貿(mào)易政策、產(chǎn)品屬性和自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了供需分析;再次,根據(jù)工商管理專業(yè)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷學(xué)的理論知識(shí),初步制定了適合萬(wàn)創(chuàng)科技當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀的營(yíng)銷策略,即競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略、展會(huì)策略、網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷策略、行業(yè)合作策略;然后,通過(guò)一系列的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)公司的市場(chǎng)收益率、現(xiàn)金流等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析;最后,從投資學(xué)角度,對(duì)項(xiàng)目做出詳細(xì)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià),并做出了四年的運(yùn)營(yíng)規(guī)劃。建筑結(jié)構(gòu)形式從秦磚漢瓦發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在的智能制造裝配式住宅經(jīng)歷了數(shù)千年的變化,而這種變化隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展日漸加速。建筑材料因其產(chǎn)品屬性的特殊,是電子商務(wù)大規(guī)模滲透的較晚領(lǐng)域,隨著國(guó)際物流體系的成熟,中國(guó)作為世界制造大國(guó),建材的銷售必然以不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的趨勢(shì)風(fēng)靡全球建材市場(chǎng)。萬(wàn)創(chuàng)科技新型環(huán)保建材跨境電商項(xiàng)目正是利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為生存土壤進(jìn)行國(guó)際貿(mào)易,裝配式概念的提出和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的支持使得人們印象中笨大粗的建筑材料越來(lái)越模塊化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和流通化。全球大部分地區(qū)正處于建設(shè)發(fā)展的黃金時(shí)期,對(duì)新型材料和模式的需求旺盛,從谷歌搜索和阿里巴巴的數(shù)據(jù)管家中可以看出南北美、歐洲、非洲對(duì)新型建材有持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的市場(chǎng)需求。更大的市場(chǎng)范圍和更加開(kāi)放的平臺(tái)使得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也更加激烈,所以雖然市場(chǎng)廣袤,但是也是道阻且長(zhǎng)。

At the same time put forward the "Internet" action plan, aimed at promoting the mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data. The combination of the Internet of things and the modern manufacturing industry. The renewal iteration of building materials has undergone tremendous changes in the last century, the application of raw materials of a variety of combinations emerge in endlessly. However, the need for the development of human civilization has always led to the continuous emergence of new materials, environmental protection, health, sustainable. The concept of social value is increasingly accepted by both supply and demand. The new environmental protection aluminum alloy building materials mainly by Wanchang Environmental Technology is the mainstream product that the market needs in this decade and twenty years. By virtue of the unique advantages of the Central Plains regional industry, taking advantage of the Internet entity enterprises, start to launch a new type of environmental protection building materials cross-border e-commerce trade project. This paper starts from the reality. Combined with entrepreneurs' actual social work experience and learning theory to combine the available resources. First, the overall planning of the project has been clarified, and the organizational structure has been formulated. Determine the profit model of the project; Secondly, it deeply analyzes the relationship between supply and demand in the market, combining with the trade policy, product attributes and its core competitiveness, and analyzes the supply and demand of the project. Thirdly, according to the theoretical knowledge of the marketing of business administration, the author makes a preliminary marketing strategy suitable for the current situation of Wanchang Technology, that is, competition strategy, exhibition strategy, network marketing strategy, industry cooperation strategy; Then, through a series of financial data, the market rate of return, cash flow and other indicators of the company are analyzed. Finally, from the point of view of investment, the detailed risk evaluation of the project is made. And made four years of operational planning. The concept of assembly and the support of production technology make people think that the bulky building materials are becoming more and more modular standardization and circulation.
