【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用已經(jīng)深入人們生活的各個(gè)方面。降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率,合理保證商品庫存,加速企業(yè)流動(dòng)資金的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是目前各大中小企業(yè)的在市場活動(dòng)中賴以生存的根本。一個(gè)適合自己企業(yè)的采購銷售管理系統(tǒng)是企業(yè)信息化管理的重要處理工具。本課題根據(jù)某制造企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),集原材料采購、存儲(chǔ)、生產(chǎn)、銷售等環(huán)節(jié)于一體,為該企業(yè)量身打造營銷一體的采購管理軟件。本課題全面系統(tǒng)的分析該企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)需求,因此在設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中針對性較強(qiáng),操作平臺(tái)力求簡單實(shí)用,完美達(dá)到客戶的需求。根據(jù)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境要求,本系統(tǒng)采用了B/S架構(gòu)模型,本模型下的軟件系統(tǒng)能實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)復(fù)雜的生產(chǎn)需求,并可以獲得最佳的運(yùn)行性能,用戶體驗(yàn)極好。系統(tǒng)是基于J2EE環(huán)境開發(fā),程序設(shè)計(jì)語言采用java,使用eclipse開發(fā)工具,數(shù)據(jù)庫使用SQL Server2005,服務(wù)器端的操作系統(tǒng)使用Windows Server2003。本系統(tǒng)在分析設(shè)計(jì)階段運(yùn)用UML進(jìn)行建模分析,設(shè)計(jì)了采購員、銷售員、倉庫管理員、財(cái)務(wù)人員以及系統(tǒng)管理員幾大類系統(tǒng)角色,并對這幾種角色的系統(tǒng)用例進(jìn)行了分析設(shè)計(jì)。課題根據(jù)系統(tǒng)用例完成了數(shù)據(jù)建模、系統(tǒng)各功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),主要包括進(jìn)貨管理、庫存管理、銷售管理、進(jìn)銷貨付款管理、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)以及一些輔助的功能模塊。最后,給出了測試結(jié)果并對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了客觀的評價(jià)。系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的試運(yùn)行,應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)后企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益增長明顯,生產(chǎn)效率與傳統(tǒng)手工作業(yè)相比有了極大提高,生產(chǎn)成本下降明顯達(dá)到了預(yù)期目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, computer application has penetrated into all aspects of people's lives, reduce production costs, improve production efficiency, and ensure reasonable inventory of commodities. Speeding up the operation of enterprise liquidity is the basis for the survival of large and medium-sized enterprises in market activities at present. A purchasing and sales management system suitable for their own enterprises is an important processing tool for enterprise information management. According to the characteristics of a manufacturing enterprise. Set raw material procurement, storage, production, sales and other links in one, for the enterprise to create a marketing integrated procurement management software. The subject of a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the production business requirements of the enterprise. So in the process of design and implementation, the operation platform is simple and practical to meet the needs of customers. According to the requirements of the production environment, the system adopts the B / S architecture model. The software system under this model can realize the complex production demand of enterprise, and can obtain the best running performance, the user experience is excellent. The system is based on J2EE environment development, the programming language adopts java. Using the eclipse development tool, the database uses SQL Server2005. The operating system of server side uses Windows Server 2003.This system uses UML to model and analyze in the stage of analysis and design, designs the purchaser, the salesman, the warehouse administrator. Financial personnel and system administrators several types of system roles, and these roles of the system use cases are analyzed and designed. According to the system use cases, the subject completed the data modeling, system functional modules design and implementation. Mainly includes purchase management, inventory management, sales management, purchase and sales payment management, basic data management, system maintenance and some supporting functional modules. Finally. The test results are given and the system is evaluated objectively. After a period of trial operation, the economic benefit of the enterprise increases obviously, and the production efficiency is greatly improved compared with the traditional manual work. The cost of production has obviously reached the expected goal.
