【摘要】：政府回應(yīng)是政府公信力最直接的來源,政府回應(yīng)的缺失會導(dǎo)致政府公信力的下降。在政府公信力這一"產(chǎn)品"的生產(chǎn)過程中,人民的訴求即是"需求側(cè)",政府回應(yīng)無疑是"供給側(cè)"。正如社會經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域正在從拉動需求轉(zhuǎn)向供給側(cè)改革一樣,政府公信力的提升也需要轉(zhuǎn)變依靠人民的被動服從、偏向于政府權(quán)威的天然性的"需求側(cè)"觀念,轉(zhuǎn)向更重視政府行為的科學(xué)性和合理性,建立及時、有效和更具主動性、超前性的政府回應(yīng)機制的"供給側(cè)"理念。
[Abstract]:The government's response is the most direct source of the government's credibility, and the lack of government response can lead to a decline in the credibility of the government. In the process of the "Product" of the public credibility of the government, the people's demand is the "demand side", and the government response is no doubt the "supply side". Just as the social and economic field is changing from the demand to the supply-side reform, the promotion of the government's credibility also needs to transform the passive compliance of the people, to the natural "demand side" of the government's authority, to turn to the scientificity and rationality of the government's behavior, and to establish a timely, The "supply side" of effective and more active and super-proactive government response mechanisms.
