烏誨市政務微博發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

【摘要】：近些年,信息化的快速發(fā)展使得作為社會化媒體重要形式之一的傳播媒介經歷了巨大的變化,微博迅速占領網絡輿論新市場,呈現(xiàn)出爆發(fā)式發(fā)展。其迅猛的發(fā)展主要歸結于其得天獨厚的特點,即微博的開放性、即時性以及互動性。隨著微博的迅速發(fā)展,作為網絡問政在微博領域的延伸和補充,越來越多的政府機構和公務人員開通了政務微博,政務微博也逐漸成為政府信息公開和與群眾互動的重要方式。本文對烏海市政務微博進行研究,通過對烏海市政務微博發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和數(shù)據(jù)分析,在總結其存在的問題基礎上,提出了未來的發(fā)展策略,使政務微博能夠真正起到烏海市政府機構與群眾之間的橋梁的作用。論文由以下四部分組成：第一部分陳述政務微博的有關概念,并提出政務微博的定義、政務微博的類型、政務微博的功能、以及發(fā)展所需的基礎條件和建設的必要性。第二部分主要對現(xiàn)階段烏海市政務微博的發(fā)展狀況、政務微博發(fā)展過程中遇到的問題及產生的原因進行分析。首先分析烏海市政務微博的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,接著指出發(fā)展政務微博存在的問題,最后分析產生問題的原因。第三部分介紹國內外政務微博發(fā)展的成功經驗。第四部分是對烏海市政務微博的發(fā)展提出一些對策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the media, as one of the important forms of social media, has undergone great changes. Weibo has rapidly occupied the new market of network public opinion, showing explosive development. Its rapid development is mainly due to its unique characteristics, that is, the openness, timeliness and interaction of Weibo. With the rapid development of Weibo, as the extension and supplement of network political inquiry in Weibo field, more and more government agencies and public officials have opened the government Weibo, and the government affairs Weibo has gradually become an important way for government information disclosure and interaction with the masses. This paper studies Wuhai government Weibo, through the analysis of the present situation and data of Wuhai government Weibo, on the basis of summing up its existing problems, puts forward the future development strategy. So that the government Weibo can really play the role of a bridge between Wuhai government agencies and the masses. The paper consists of the following four parts: the first part describes the related concepts of government Weibo, and puts forward the definition of government Weibo, the type of government Weibo, the function of government Weibo, as well as the basic conditions for development and the necessity of construction. The second part mainly analyzes the development of government Weibo in Wuhai City at the present stage, the problems encountered in the development process of government Weibo and the causes. This paper first analyzes the present situation of the development of government Weibo in Wuhai City, then points out the problems existing in the development of government Weibo, and finally analyzes the causes of the problems. The third part introduces the successful experience of Weibo development at home and abroad. The fourth part is to Wuhai city government Weibo development put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
