【摘要】：行政管理體制改革是一個(gè)歷史過(guò)程,在當(dāng)前宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)步入"新常態(tài)"的背景下,我國(guó)的行政管理體制存在著諸多不容忽視的問題,制約了政府職能作用的全面發(fā)揮。黨中央提出新時(shí)期全面深化改革的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,據(jù)此,我們梳理了我國(guó)行政管理體制改革取得的進(jìn)展成效,并從法律制度、機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、職能轉(zhuǎn)變、運(yùn)行機(jī)制四個(gè)緯度分析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)行政管理體制改革面臨的困境和挑戰(zhàn),進(jìn)而提出了基于新常態(tài)的深化我國(guó)行政管理體制改革的路徑選擇。
[Abstract]:The reform of administrative management system is a historical process. Under the background of the current macroeconomic entering the "new normal", there are many problems that can not be ignored in the administrative management system of our country, which restricts the full play of the function of the government. The CPC Central Committee puts forward the development strategy of deepening the reform in an all-round way in the new period. On the basis of this, we sort out the progress made in the reform of the administrative management system in our country, and analyze the difficulties and challenges faced by the reform of the administrative management system in our country from four latitudes: the legal system, the establishment of the organization, the transformation of functions and the operating mechanism, and then puts forward the path choice for deepening the reform of the administrative management system in our country based on the new normal.
