西部地區(qū)高等教育中外合作辦學(xué)質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:質(zhì)量提升是中外合作辦學(xué)發(fā)展的必然途徑。通過(guò)分析西部地區(qū)高校中外合作辦學(xué)招生、經(jīng)費(fèi)、師資、教學(xué)與課程等質(zhì)量因素發(fā)現(xiàn),其生源質(zhì)量整體水平不高,辦學(xué)的社會(huì)認(rèn)可度有待提升;經(jīng)費(fèi)主要依靠收取學(xué)費(fèi),且收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相對(duì)較高;外籍教師數(shù)量相對(duì)較少,師資隊(duì)伍整體水平參差不齊;實(shí)質(zhì)性引進(jìn)外方教育資源的數(shù)量十分有限。西部地區(qū)中外合作辦學(xué)在未來(lái)發(fā)展中,需要堅(jiān)持內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展,加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量文化建設(shè);遵循公益性原則,拓寬經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源渠道;提高師資水平,建立專職教師隊(duì)伍;突出實(shí)質(zhì)性合作,實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)與課程的本土化。
[Abstract]:Quality improvement is an inevitable way for the development of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools. By analyzing the quality factors such as enrollment, funds, teachers, teaching and curriculum of Chinese-foreign cooperative schools in the western region, it is found that the overall quality of the students is not high, the social recognition of running a school needs to be improved, and the funding mainly depends on the collection of tuition fees. And the charge standard is relatively high; the number of foreign teachers is relatively small, the overall level of teachers is uneven; the number of substantial foreign education resources is very limited. In the future development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in the western region, it is necessary to persist in the implicit development, strengthen the construction of quality culture, follow the principle of public welfare, broaden the channels of funding sources, improve the level of teachers, set up a team of full-time teachers, and give prominence to substantive cooperation. To realize the localization of teaching and curriculum.
