【摘要】：近年來,受到國內(nèi)高校招生規(guī)模擴(kuò)大以及全球金融危機(jī)的負(fù)面影響,大學(xué)生就業(yè)的嚴(yán)峻形勢日益加劇。大學(xué)生選擇創(chuàng)業(yè)能很大程度上緩解畢業(yè)生就業(yè)壓力。在創(chuàng)業(yè)的過程中,創(chuàng)業(yè)者需具備風(fēng)險(xiǎn)擔(dān)當(dāng)、機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別、政策解讀、統(tǒng)籌推動(dòng)的綜合能力,以此降低犯錯(cuò)概率,降低創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗率。創(chuàng)業(yè)能力是可以通過學(xué)習(xí)獲得的技能,教育培訓(xùn)是提高個(gè)人創(chuàng)業(yè)綜合技能的重要手段。作為豐富受教育者創(chuàng)業(yè)知識(shí)和提高受教育者創(chuàng)業(yè)技能的重要手段,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對激發(fā)受教育者創(chuàng)業(yè)興趣及培養(yǎng)受教者創(chuàng)業(yè)精神具有重要的作用。此外,創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向是創(chuàng)業(yè)的重要前置因素,能在很大程度上對創(chuàng)業(yè)行為進(jìn)行預(yù)測。因此,從創(chuàng)業(yè)教育角度出發(fā)研究創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向的影響因素,對于提高大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神,解析大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)本質(zhì)具有非常重要的意義。本文從創(chuàng)業(yè)教育視角出發(fā),探究大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向的關(guān)系以及創(chuàng)業(yè)態(tài)度在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向間的中介效應(yīng)。本研究依托于在校大學(xué)生填寫的426份有效問卷,并采用因子分析、相關(guān)分析和回歸分析方法對本文假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,最終得出以下結(jié)論:第一,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育指標(biāo)中的創(chuàng)業(yè)類課程、創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃競賽對創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向具有顯著正向影響,而創(chuàng)業(yè)講座和創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)對創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向沒有影響。第二,外生創(chuàng)業(yè)態(tài)度在創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向之間具有部分中介作用。第三,內(nèi)生創(chuàng)業(yè)態(tài)度在創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向之間不具有中介作用,而內(nèi)生創(chuàng)業(yè)態(tài)度會(huì)對創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向產(chǎn)生直接影響。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the severe situation of college students' employment has been aggravated by the enlargement of enrollment scale and the negative influence of the global financial crisis. College students choosing to start a business can alleviate the employment pressure of graduates to a great extent. In the process of starting a business, the entrepreneur should have the comprehensive ability of risk bearing, opportunity identification, policy interpretation and overall promotion, so as to reduce the probability of making mistakes and reduce the failure rate of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is a skill that can be acquired by learning, and education and training is an important means to improve the comprehensive skills of individual entrepreneurship. As an important means to enrich students' entrepreneurial knowledge and improve their entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurship education plays an important role in arousing their interest in entrepreneurship and cultivating their entrepreneurial spirit. In addition, entrepreneurial propensity is an important presupposition factor, which can predict entrepreneurial behavior to a great extent. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of entrepreneurial tendency from the angle of entrepreneurship education, to improve the comprehensive quality of college students, to cultivate the innovative spirit of college students, and to analyze the essence of college students' entrepreneurship. From the perspective of entrepreneurship education, this paper explores the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial tendency of college students and the intermediary effect of entrepreneurial attitude between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial tendency of college students. This study is based on 426 valid questionnaires filled out by college students, and uses factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the hypothesis of this paper. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: first, entrepreneurship courses in entrepreneurship education indicators. Entrepreneurial planning competition has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation, while entrepreneurship lectures and entrepreneurial activities have no effect on entrepreneurial orientation. Secondly, exogenous entrepreneurial attitude plays a part intermediary role between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial tendency. Thirdly, endogenous entrepreneurial attitude does not play an intermediary role between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial tendency, and endogenous entrepreneurial attitude has a direct impact on entrepreneurial orientation.
