重慶渝北職業(yè)教育中心教師職業(yè)倦怠影響因素與對策研究

【摘要】:早在19世紀70年代,費登伯格就指出社會環(huán)境是影響職業(yè)倦怠的主要因素,自此國內外眾多社會學家、心理學家進行了無數研究,旨在探索社會環(huán)境對各類職業(yè)的影響程度,,并得出不同的結論運用于實踐,以緩解職業(yè)倦怠,提高工作效率。教師的工作狀態(tài)是教學成果的關鍵,因此國內外眾多專家學者將社會環(huán)境對教師職業(yè)倦怠的影響程度作為研究的重點。 重慶渝北職業(yè)教育中心是一所國家級重點中等職業(yè)學校,多年來為重慶市的經濟發(fā)展輸送了大量高素質與技能型勞動者。近年來,該校教師的職業(yè)倦怠情況普遍存在,影響了教師隊伍的整體水平。為了探討研究這一問題,本文在職業(yè)倦怠以及激勵相關管理理論的基礎上,通過問卷調研及訪談形式對目前重慶渝北職業(yè)教育中心教師的職業(yè)倦怠現狀進行了了解,并總結出了存在的具體問題,剖析了問題的影響因素,提出了該校教師職業(yè)倦怠的解決對策。 希望通過本文的研究,能夠對重慶渝北職教中心教師職業(yè)倦怠現象提供一些改進的方案和建議;同時,本文的研究方法及結論也能夠為相關的中職教育學校提供些許借鑒。
[Abstract]:As early as the 1870s, Fedenberger pointed out that the social environment was the main factor affecting job burnout. Since then, numerous sociologists and psychologists at home and abroad have carried out numerous studies aimed at exploring the influence of social environment on various occupations. Different conclusions can be used in practice to alleviate job burnout and improve work efficiency. The working state of teachers is the key of teaching achievement, so many experts and scholars at home and abroad focus on the influence of social environment on teachers' job burnout. Chongqing Yubei Vocational Education Center is a national key secondary vocational school, for many years for the economic development of Chongqing to transport a large number of high-quality and skilled workers. In recent years, the teachers' job burnout exists widely, which affects the overall level of teachers. In order to study this problem, based on the theory of job burnout and incentive management, the present situation of teachers' job burnout in Yubei Vocational Education Center in Chongqing is studied by questionnaire investigation and interview. The concrete problems are summarized, the influencing factors are analyzed, and the solutions to the teachers' burnout are put forward. It is hoped that through the research of this paper, it can provide some improvement schemes and suggestions for teachers' burnout phenomenon in Yubei Vocational Education Center of Chongqing. At the same time, the research methods and conclusions of this paper can also provide some reference for the relevant secondary vocational education schools.
