　　語(yǔ)言是一種工具,學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言的最終目的是進(jìn)行溝通和交流,因此英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的任務(wù)不只是教給學(xué)生基本的知識(shí),還要發(fā)展他們使用這些知識(shí)進(jìn)行交流的能力。在我國(guó),由于受環(huán)境的限制,課堂成為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)和用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交流的主要場(chǎng)所,因此課堂互動(dòng)在�？茙煼对盒Ｓ⒄Z(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)中十分重要,但是在現(xiàn)實(shí)的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中,學(xué)生能夠主動(dòng)參與課堂活動(dòng)、積極發(fā)言的為數(shù)不多,經(jīng)常用沉默來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)教師的提問(wèn)。這種消極的課堂沉默現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重阻礙了教學(xué)活動(dòng)的順利進(jìn)行,而且影響了學(xué)生口語(yǔ)能力和交流能力的提高,對(duì)教學(xué)產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的負(fù)面影響。這一現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)引起教育界廣泛的重視,國(guó)外有關(guān)學(xué)生沉默的研究多數(shù)是以多文化課堂環(huán)境為背景的,而國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)的研究又傾向于理論方面的文獻(xiàn)綜述,將理論運(yùn)用于實(shí)際課堂中來(lái)探尋�？茙煼对盒Ｓ⒄Z(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)課堂沉默的具體原因的還為數(shù)不多,因此�？茙煼对盒Ｓ⒄Z(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)課堂沉默的研究具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。為了提高英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)效率,也為了給其他英語(yǔ)教師提供建議和參考。本文從�？茙煼对盒５慕虒W(xué)實(shí)際情況出發(fā),對(duì)唐山師范學(xué)院玉田分校英語(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)課堂沉默現(xiàn)狀及課堂沉默的原因進(jìn)行了研究。本研究試圖回答以下兩個(gè)問(wèn)題:1.�？茙煼对盒Ｓ⒄Z(yǔ)專業(yè)...
