河南CZ學(xué)院薪酬體系研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),作為高等教育體制改革的一部分,我國(guó)高等院校分配體制改革進(jìn)展迅猛。對(duì)這一問(wèn)題的更深入研究,可以利用先進(jìn)的薪酬分配理論,通過(guò)對(duì)比中外高校薪酬改革的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),探究現(xiàn)代大學(xué)薪酬改革的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)大學(xué)薪酬制度進(jìn)行重新設(shè)計(jì)。本文擬結(jié)合河南CZ學(xué)院分配制度改革的探索和實(shí)踐,采用實(shí)證研究的方法,找出其成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、不足之處,提出其優(yōu)化改進(jìn)措施,學(xué)習(xí)借鑒現(xiàn)代薪酬設(shè)計(jì)中的先進(jìn)理念,為河南CZ學(xué)院新一輪薪酬改革與設(shè)計(jì)提供可行的依據(jù)。 本文首先結(jié)合作者工作,從實(shí)際需要出發(fā)來(lái)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,提出研究設(shè)想。學(xué)習(xí)并掌握國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的薪酬設(shè)計(jì)的理論和方法,為本文研究提供理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的理論基礎(chǔ)。第二章分析對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)高校薪酬改革情況。通過(guò)分析當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)高校分配制度改革情況,并與部分發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家大學(xué)的薪酬制度進(jìn)行比較,找出我國(guó)高校薪酬改革的難點(diǎn)與重點(diǎn),提出我國(guó)高校內(nèi)部薪酬體系設(shè)計(jì)的改革方案。第三章結(jié)合樣本學(xué)校薪酬制度改革的背景和內(nèi)容,通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、實(shí)地訪談等形式,對(duì)教師收入情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,分析該學(xué)校薪酬改革的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足,為本文的實(shí)證研究提供可靠依據(jù)。第四章的主要內(nèi)容是經(jīng)過(guò)前面幾個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的研究,提出優(yōu)化的河南CZ學(xué)院薪酬設(shè)計(jì)方案的基本框架:借鑒現(xiàn)代企業(yè)先進(jìn)的薪酬管理理念,以教師基本保障為基礎(chǔ),以績(jī)效薪酬為中心,制定合理、有效、科學(xué)、操作性強(qiáng)的的績(jī)效考核辦法,完善薪酬體系,增加教師的福利待遇,突出以人為本,效率優(yōu)先兼顧公平的薪酬設(shè)計(jì)理念。第五章重點(diǎn)介紹在優(yōu)化過(guò)程中的制度保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as part of the reform of the higher education system, the reform of the distribution system of higher education in China has made rapid progress. By comparing the practical experience of salary reform between Chinese and foreign universities, this paper probes into the development trend of modern university salary reform, and redesigns the university salary system. This paper intends to combine the exploration and practice of the reform of the distribution system of Henan CZ College. By using the method of empirical research, this paper finds out its successful experience and deficiency, puts forward its optimization and improvement measures, and learns from the advanced ideas of modern salary design, and provides a feasible basis for the new round of salary reform and design of Henan CZ College. This article first combines the author's work, from the actual need to find the problem, put forward the research ideas, learn and master the advanced domestic and foreign pay design theory and method, The second chapter analyzes and compares the salary reform of domestic colleges and universities. By analyzing the current situation of the reform of the distribution system in domestic colleges and universities, and comparing it with the salary system of some developed universities, the paper provides a theoretical basis for this study. Find out the difficulties and key points of the salary reform in colleges and universities in our country, put forward the reform plan of the internal salary system design of our country's colleges and universities. Chapter three combines the background and content of the reform of the salary system of the sample school, through the form of questionnaire, field interview and so on. Through the investigation of teachers' income and the analysis of the experiences and shortcomings of the school's salary reform, this paper provides a reliable basis for the empirical research in this paper. This paper puts forward the basic framework of the optimized salary design scheme of Henan CZ College: drawing lessons from the advanced salary management concept of modern enterprises, taking the basic guarantee of teachers as the foundation, taking the performance compensation as the center, making reasonable, effective and scientific. The fifth chapter mainly introduces the system guarantee in the process of optimizing the performance appraisal, perfecting the salary system, increasing the welfare treatment of teachers, giving prominence to the idea of "people-oriented" and "giving priority to efficiency and giving consideration to fairness".
