中等旅游職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作研究

【摘要】:校企合作是解決校企之間人才培養(yǎng)脫節(jié)的必然選擇,是中等旅游職業(yè)學(xué)校進(jìn)行教育教學(xué)改革、提高辦學(xué)水平的必由之路。雖然許多中等旅游職業(yè)學(xué)校和旅游企業(yè)在校企合作方面進(jìn)行了大量有益的探索和實(shí)踐,但整體看來(lái),中等旅游職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作尚存在一定的問(wèn)題。因此,對(duì)于中等旅游職業(yè)學(xué)校而言,應(yīng)該采取怎樣的校企合作模式才能更好的促進(jìn)學(xué)校自身發(fā)展,體現(xiàn)職業(yè)學(xué)校的辦學(xué)特色,同時(shí)又能培養(yǎng)出適合旅游企業(yè)需求的人才,這些都需要進(jìn)行更深層次的研究。 本論文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查研究法和比較研究法等研究方法。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法,對(duì)中等旅游職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作研究的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理,以此為基礎(chǔ)探討中等旅游職業(yè)教育校企合作的內(nèi)涵與特征、動(dòng)因與必要性;運(yùn)用比較研究法,借鑒國(guó)外中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),比較分析并從中總結(jié)出對(duì)我國(guó)校企合作的啟示;采用調(diào)查研究法,從遼寧省中等旅游職業(yè)學(xué)校選取5所學(xué)校作為樣本進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,對(duì)存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,,并提出校企合作辦學(xué)優(yōu)化策略。 本論文主要由六部分組成:第一部分緒論。主要對(duì)選題背景、研究意義、研究綜述、研究框架、研究方法進(jìn)行闡述;第二部分中等旅游職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作的理論基礎(chǔ)。主要探討中等旅游職業(yè)教育校企合作的內(nèi)涵與特征、動(dòng)因與必要性,以及校企合作的理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分國(guó)外中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作的借鑒與啟示。借鑒了國(guó)外中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),從中得到一定的啟示;第四部分中等旅游職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查分析。對(duì)遼寧省部分中等旅游職業(yè)教育校企合作進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,從中找出校企合作存在的主要問(wèn)題;第五部分中等旅游職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作的優(yōu)化。從政府、學(xué)校、企業(yè)的角度分別提出了校企合作辦學(xué)的優(yōu)化策略;第六部分結(jié)語(yǔ)。對(duì)本論文的主要觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),并提出研究局限與研究展望。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between school and enterprise is the inevitable choice to solve the disconnect of talent training between school and enterprise. It is the only way for secondary tourism vocational school to carry out educational and teaching reform and improve the level of running a school. Although many secondary tourism vocational schools and tourism enterprises have carried out a lot of beneficial exploration and practice in the aspect of school-enterprise cooperation, there are still some problems in the cooperation between secondary tourism vocational schools and enterprises. Therefore, for secondary tourism vocational schools, what kind of school-enterprise cooperation mode should be adopted in order to better promote the development of the school itself, reflect the characteristics of vocational schools, and at the same time, it can cultivate talents suitable for the needs of tourism enterprises. All of these require deeper research. This paper mainly adopts the literature research method, the investigation research method and the comparison research method and so on. Through the method of literature research, this paper combs the relevant documents of the school-enterprise cooperation research in secondary tourism vocational schools, and discusses the connotation and characteristics, motivation and necessity of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary tourism vocational education. By using the method of comparative research and drawing lessons from the successful experiences of foreign secondary vocational schools' cooperation between schools and enterprises, this paper compares and sums up the enlightenment to the cooperation between schools and enterprises in our country. By using the method of investigation and research, five schools of secondary tourism vocational schools in Liaoning Province were selected as samples to investigate and study, and the problems were analyzed, and the optimization strategy of school-enterprise cooperation was put forward. This thesis consists of six parts: the first part is introduction. The main topics of background, research significance, research review, research framework, research methods to elaborate; the second part of the secondary tourism vocational school school-enterprise cooperation theoretical basis. This paper mainly discusses the connotation and characteristics, motivation and necessity of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary tourism vocational education, as well as the theoretical basis of school-enterprise cooperation. The third part is the reference and inspiration of school-enterprise cooperation in foreign secondary vocational schools. The author draws lessons from the experience of foreign secondary vocational school cooperation and gets some enlightenment. The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the cooperation between secondary vocational schools and tourism vocational schools. This paper investigates and studies the cooperation between schools and enterprises in some secondary tourism vocational education in Liaoning Province, and finds out the main problems existing in the cooperation between schools and enterprises. The fifth part is about the optimization of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in secondary tourism vocational schools. From the angle of government, school and enterprise, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of school-enterprise cooperation. The main points of this paper are summarized, and the research limitations and research prospects are put forward.
