【摘要】：目的:本研究基于課題前期專家咨詢和文獻(xiàn)查閱,旨在從定點醫(yī)療機構(gòu)中醫(yī)醫(yī)師的視角,進(jìn)一步分析醫(yī)療保險對中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的影響,并提出具體建議,以促進(jìn)中醫(yī)藥與醫(yī)療保險的良性發(fā)展。方法:采用問卷調(diào)查的方法,對全國253名醫(yī)療保險定點醫(yī)療機構(gòu)中醫(yī)醫(yī)師在中醫(yī)藥和醫(yī)療保險關(guān)聯(lián)方面的看法進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,使用頻數(shù)統(tǒng)計等方法對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理。結(jié)果:醫(yī)保定點后參�；颊咭殉蔀獒t(yī)院的主要服務(wù)人群(73.5%),醫(yī)院(68.4%)和中醫(yī)師(41.9%)的收入均有所增長,有助于中醫(yī)醫(yī)院做大做強(63.6%);參保患者主要因療效(37.9%)和安全(24.1%)而選擇中醫(yī)藥治療,醫(yī)保報銷比例的影響較低(1.2%);中醫(yī)藥醫(yī)保報銷范圍需進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,如中藥院內(nèi)制劑(90.5%)和代煎費(78.3%)等。結(jié)論:在"全民醫(yī)保"背景下,醫(yī)療保險對中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展影響越來越大,中醫(yī)藥應(yīng)通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化等手段保障安全和提高療效,同時醫(yī)療保障政策和醫(yī)療保險管理服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定也需考慮中醫(yī)藥的特性,鼓勵提供中醫(yī)藥服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: This study is based on the expert consultation and literature review on the basis of the prophase of the subject. The purpose of this study is to further analyze the impact of medical insurance on the development of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in designated medical institutions, and to put forward specific suggestions in order to promote the benign development of traditional Chinese medicine and medical insurance. Method: the method of questionnaire investigation is adopted to 253 medical care in the country. The doctors of medical institutions of insurance fixed-point medical institutions have investigated the views of traditional Chinese medicine and medical insurance, and use the methods of frequency statistics to deal with the data. Results: after medical insurance, the insured patients have become the main service population of the hospital (73.5%). The income of the hospital (68.4%) and the traditional Chinese Medicine Division (41.9%) has increased, which is helpful. Medical hospital is big and strong (63.6%); the insured patients mainly choose traditional Chinese medicine for curative effect (37.9%) and safety (24.1%), and the proportion of medical insurance reimbursement is lower (1.2%); the scope of medical insurance reimbursement for traditional Chinese medicine should be further expanded, such as traditional Chinese medicine (90.5%) and generation Decoction (78.3%). The development of traditional Chinese medicine should ensure safety and improve the curative effect by means of standardization. At the same time, the formulation of medical insurance policy and medical insurance management service standards should also consider the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and encourage the provision of traditional Chinese medicine service.
